Technology Architects reviewed the system and worked through a list of issues we had documented, which included fixing small bugs, improving certain workflows, and making minor adjustments to how some features behaved, and although the work was not large in scope, it required attention to detail and coordination to ensure that fixes did not create new issues, and they handled this by working in small updates that we could review and test before moving forward, and during the process we clarified a few items around expected behavior, which they adjusted without much delay.

After the fixes were completed, the system felt more stable and easier to use, and it reduced the number of small issues that were slowing down our team.

Technology Architects worked with us to review the existing system and identify areas where improvements could be made without requiring a complete rebuild, and their approach was to gradually refine both the performance and usability by making targeted updates, including improving how certain features responded and simplifying parts of the interface that were unnecessarily complex, and during the process we had a few discussions to clarify how some workflows should function, but they were flexible and adjusted their approach based on our feedback, and the work was delivered in stages so we could test changes before fully adopting them.

After the updates, the system felt more responsive and easier to use, and it reduced some of the small inefficiencies that had built up over time.

We wanted Technology Architects to create our web application, which is the center of our business offering.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Technology Architects delivered the complete web application together with all the relevant details and required documentation. The app contained login modules and complete modules related to two major user groups: early adopters and startups. It also had features related to capturing user reviews and ratings.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Technology Architects’ support was beneficial even after the engagement ended. They were very clear in their communication and flexible when it came to making minor changes even after the final delivery of the MVP version of our web application. The biggest impact of their work was that we were ready to market our services and apply for investor funding.

Technology Architects’ project management was amazing. They delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We communicated via virtual calls and video meetings on Microsoft Teams, as well as phone calls and messaging.
