Their job was to digest all of our needs and come back to us with the better web site. Our e-commerce was not yet created, so they were able to implement all of our hard assets into a digital format and get us up and selling quickly online.

1. Create a flowchart of the new site design and how it all fit together. Including "pro-account" signup and flow of how the user was to see the products.
2. eCommerce database creation and implementation
3. Approve all design creatives and made changes on flow and look and feel.
4. Implemented the design into Magento2 platform and custom coded the front end and back end to meet our needs
5. Beta tested the site for any errors and made adjustments where needed.
6. Went live with the web site and began transacting sales.

I worked closely with 4 people. Their roles included project manager, design lead, lead programmer and second programmer. I may not have their titles correct but this is what they worked on with our project.

They asked the right questions and overall we had a very successful launch. We have continued to work with them month after month for site updates and maintenance. They never seemed to be in a rush with us. They wanted to quantify and qualify or needs much more than rush us through the process. I think that's very important when it comes to choosing a design and programming firm. It's easy to churn out websites, it's not so easy to turn out the right website for the client that does exactly what they want it to do and to achieve the right messaging.

I found them on freelancer portal. We talked through zoom calls and started with mobile app initially. Later, as we grow with relationship and trust, we collaborated for back-end and windows desktop as well. It was amazing to have them involved in core group which encouraged them more to give their best to work as one single team.

Techeniac developed the mobile app , desktop app from scratch. They were also involved in back-end module of innovatively developing out of the box dynamic form generating and rendering engine. The app allows Auditors/Inspection Manager to perform auditing, safety risk assessment on the web/mobile application from anywhere.

Astram App gives our business an easy work enviroment by enabling it to be innovative. TechEniac also managed the backend tools for the app and worked on our algorithm. Additionaly, TechEniac helped us in making the application dynamic, inspecting and managing audits by pulling out company's requirement.

TechEniac team helped us in putting up our roughly sketched ideas into a well designed mobile/web app. Their continous involvement and seamless interaction throughout the development is worth appliciating.

I was impressed with the involvement of the CEO working as a team lead cum manager throughout the engagement which made things easy for me to have one primary single point of contact. working with Technaic has helped us achieve our deployment targets and the team has been helpful in providing end to end services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was impressed with their expertise to get things done for setting up form engine on both back-end and front-end side which is really complex in nature to implement. They were amazing to add a capability to let app work without internet which is real practical case in enterprise apps. The whole Team of TechEniac were always responsive to any of my queries.

I must appreciate to their approach for enterprise app which can be only be seen in highly-matured technology companies. Team took it as a challenge to implement such complex features which is the core of inspection job. Overall, the quality and look of the application generated positive feedback from our clients.

I believe we could have executed with precise planning and freezing scope but I understand their stage of emerging in the business which they graudually worked out and matured their process as work went on.

I brought Techeniac on to create the MVP model and launch it in Arizona as a pilot project to improve and mature the product depending upon the feedback.

The client first found us on UpWork. We had a couple of Zoom sessions to discuss our current app issues. We eventually resolved to revamp the app use cases through rigorous business research and product development since we determined that it needed good business analysis and domain understanding.

I came to Techeniac with my idea to conceptualise it further. We started by extensively analysing the requirements and conceptualising the complete platform. We had few brainstroming sessions which clarified their thought process and they came up with detailed features required to setup the product. I also got impressed with their MVP approach which assembles suffcient features, roll it out to limited user audience and move forward with their feedback.

They understood both targetted users and split the apps but kept a smooth communication channels between the apps. They carefully designed the apps UI and features which is easy for users. Ultimately, Techeniac demonstrated its expertise by adopting a product development approach and establishing the strategy with a more comprehensive vision to sustain revenue while maturing the system.

I appreciate Techeniac's professionalism and responsiveness in executing the project straightforwardly and transparently; I admire watching the product evolve over time. Their team maintained communication while working on the project, and kept measuring the feature depth from time to time by simulating. This was seen when they made the package structure for the trainers easier to understand.

They kept User privacy safe by setting up in-app calls and chats between users and trainers only after purchase, kept package cancellation and refunds simple and easy for both trainers and users, and paid trainers for their sessions regularly through one click. They also made sure not to overspend on a limited budget by preserving features that were both cost-effective and at par.

The most remarkable aspect was seeing them put in the same level of effort as if they were creating their own product. To preserve total transparency, they have always been straightforward when there has been a misinterpretation or misunderstanding. They have been a crucial component of my product development process. I might have found a company with comparable expertise but not the same level of dedication, commitment, and openness.
