TBS is building the messaging, narrative, and visual identity that elevates me into the US market alongside voices like Simon Sinek, Brené Brown, and Adam Grant.

2. Transform my digital presence into a high-performing ecosystem that drives credibility, lead generation, and ongoing community engagement.
This includes auditing and refreshing my entire website, improving the user journey, creating a strong book funnel, and aligning all touchpoints to support my commercial goals (consulting, speaking, community, digital products).

3. Build the foundational infrastructure and assets needed for scalable growth in 2026 and beyond.

They didn’t simply “design a brand.” They articulated the psychology of my positioning, translated my mission into a commercial narrative, and built systems that make my thought leadership scalable. Their ability to listen deeply, challenge constructively, and elevate my ideas into something sharper, clearer, and more commercially powerful is genuinely unique.

Their team operates like true partners insightful, proactive, fast, and invested in the long-term success of my work, not just the deliverables in front of them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something TBS Digital Labs could have done differently?

BS Digital Labs has been exceptional to work with, and the only area for improvement would be even greater clarity upfront around scope, sequencing, and phased investment.

Because the project is expansive and multi-layered, having more defined guardrails at the outset on timelines, deliverables, and costs would have made it easier for me to plan resources and prioritise execution on my side.

This isn’t a reflection of capability their work is world-class. It’s simply about enhancing transparency and structure so that a project of this scale feels even more seamless for the client.

Overall, I’ve been extremely impressed with the partnership, and these refinements would elevate an already high-performing team.
