Are there any areas for improvement or something TangoCode could have done differently?
Overall, our experience with TangoCode was very positive, but like any complex, multi-quarter product build, there were a few areas where additional refinement could have made the engagement even stronger.
At times, as requirements evolved quickly in a fast-moving product environment, upfront discovery and technical scoping could have been deeper for larger or integration-heavy features. A bit more early-stage solution design and estimation would have helped reduce mid-sprint changes and rework for some complex initiatives.
Additionally, while communication was generally strong, more proactive long-term capacity planning and roadmap-level forecasting would have been helpful during peak delivery phases to anticipate resource constraints earlier.
That said, these were relatively minor improvements in the context of a highly collaborative and successful partnership. The team was always receptive to feedback and continuously adapted their processes, which we appreciated.
