We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who can confidently sell our premium marketing solutions to small law firms, demonstrating a consultative approach and a deep understanding of their unique challenges.
- Position Overview
As a High-End Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with small law firms seeking to elevate their digital marketing efforts. This role requires a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven individual with a strong background in B2B sales, consultative selling, and high-ticket marketing services.
This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate must be comfortable conducting virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations with attorneys and law firm decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential law firm clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Understand each law firm’s unique challenges, objectives, and market positioning to recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling virtual presentations that communicate the value of our services, demonstrating expertise and ROI potential.
- Negotiation & Closing: Confidently handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close high-ticket deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to encourage long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Track and manage all sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring an organized and strategic approach to closing deals.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, legal industry shifts, and competitors to position our services effectively.

- Proven Experience: 3+ years of high-performance sales experience in digital marketing, advertising, or high-end B2B services. Experience selling to law firms or professional service businesses is a plus.
- Elite Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to articulate value propositions, handle objections, and close deals with confidence.
- Professional Presence: Ability to engage and influence attorneys, law firm partners, and decision-makers in a polished and persuasive manner.
- Consultative & Solution-Oriented Approach: Ability to diagnose a law firm’s marketing needs and propose solutions that drive results.
- Tech-Savvy & Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media marketing, branding, content strategy, and website design.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for emails, calls, and presentations.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
