I’m the owner of a sustainable soap brand with about 10 employees. We create soap tablets and soap sheets, and we’ll launch cleaners and a lot of other products pretty soon.

We were launching our product onto Amazon, so we needed Amazon consulting and optimization services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SwiftStart has provided us with Amazon consulting and optimization services. They managed the relaunch of our brand on Amazon and optimized our images to ensure they were good. Now, they provide PPC campaign and ad spend management to ensure our advertising efforts are optimal. Initially, we provided them with our budget, and they’ve been optimizing our ad spend since then. They also help us with SEO and keyword research for our Amazon listings.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with six people from SwiftStart on the project. Marty (VP of Operations) is our main contact, but I know that a PPC specialist and a few other people are also involved in the project.

How did you come to work with SwiftStart?

A colleague recommended them to me. We knew we needed help with Amazon, so we reached out to them. When we talked to them, they seemed pretty open, and their communication was great from the start. We had talked to other agencies that offered a lot of similar services, but SwiftStart had better customer service and a decent pricing plan.

How much have you invested in them?

We invest around $4,000 CAD (approximately $3,000 USD) a month.

We began working with them around March 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

Our business has been doing really great on Amazon because of them.

How did SwiftStart perform from a project management standpoint?

SwiftStart’s project management is good. They do a great job at communicating timelines and expectations. We mainly use ClickUp for project management and phone, email, and Zoom for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SwiftStart’s customer service is impressive. Their team is amazing and makes us feel like an important client of theirs. Other companies lose interest in their clients after a month, but SwiftStart continues to care about us. Additionally, their PPC and ad management skills are outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’ve been really happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want before engaging with them because it is a lot easier if you tell them what you want in detail. Providing them with as much information as possible will save them time initially, which they will use for optimization.

SwiftStart has optimized our Amazon listings, images, and SEO. The team has done a total overhaul to conform with Amazon’s best practices and creatively show our products off more aligned with our brand. The team is continuing to make improvements.

 Within the first three months of working with SwiftStart, our sales have gone up 500%, our advertising acquisition costs have improved, and our rankings have improved.
