Our SEO channel has been producing more leads each year. Additionally, our traffic has increased by 130 to 150 percent annually. Our backlinks and referring domains are also expanding. One of the key elements in the company's success has been SEO, which helps turn sales from the bottom of the funnel.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Depending on the assignment, we have calls set every two weeks or once a month. We receive more calls when we are planning material. Their work is completed without interruption. They send out their reports on schedule. Every time, it's personal. I've never had to reschedule anything.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Many service providers I've worked with haven't made me feel as connected to them as SwiftPropel does. Throughout our collaboration, I have had conversations with the same folks. They have felt like a part of our team from the beginning. There isn't any micromanagement since I have confidence in them to act in our company's best interests. Nobody on their team makes an effort to upsell us to other businesses.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Although there is always space for improvement, everything functions properly. With their service, I'm pleased.
