Swerve planned, managed and executed marketing and PR services for Cloud b for 5 years. During that time they secured high-profile media and influencer coverage to promote priority products and new product launches and also to solidify Cloud b's brand positioning as the leading sleep aid for babies and toddlers.

Everything and more, the project was carried out as it had been presented and without blunder and all the deadlines are respected. With this efficiency we brought the Cloud b line to its peak and that was the mission!

We hired Swerve to manage our national PR / Influencer campaigns. Our goals were to generate impressions / awareness of our key brands.

I have a long history working with Andrew and his team at SwervePR. They have always met and exceeded deliverables. They were invited to participate in our RFP process and wow'ed the team with their preparation.

They arranged influencer campaigns, organic as well as paid PR media.

We work with many different people on their team. Approximately 3-4 people and additional people are looped in when necessary.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped organized a local event at the toronto Fan Expo where we had a mascot attend the event for one of our brands. This resulted in over 18 million impressions over the course of a few days.

Communicate with weekly meetings, strong email communication, and regularly updated presentations showcasing earned / paid media.

Overall with our time with Swerve we had very successful openings that had great press coverage and positive ROI on our investment

Swerve had strong thinking and unique ideas on how to best support our business. They were adaptable and responsive

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they were a good agency. Staffing was sometimes a challenge but I blame that on COVID and the current climate.
