As with changing times we wanted to switch our business from offline mode to online mode. We needed a digital web platform through which we could provide our services like holiday package, business tour packages and air flight booking along with hotel booking across the globe to our users through our web platform. So we needed a web platform which comes with features needed to run a OTA without any hassle.
What were your goals for this project?
We desired for a Web Platform on which our users can search from our holiday packages inventory, they can also browse and search flights between two points across the globe and can compare all the available flights and can do price comparison and accordingly they can book flight tickets over the web platform itself.
Also the Web Platform should have the feature of back-office management through which we could do user management and update our holiday and corporate packages as and when we need. Also transaction details and invoices history could be seen, additionally it should be integrated to our third party vendor’s applications also, like flights, hotel owners and cab companies. So the entire booking process could be streamlined.

We connected through them while we were browsing for web development companies over internet. Saw their company website and then held a meeting saw their past work and decided to work with them.

The meeting we held with them we gave them the project scope and what outcome we desired. They asked us few questions and then we decided on the final scope. They built the whole Web Platform from scratch, from UI designing to Data Base Structure design, from Client side development to Back-End development.
What was the team composition?
The team consisted of one each UI designer and Data base administrator, two back-end developer and a Project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Going digital helped us in increasing our customer base, due to going online, it increased our reach. Also due to having our business online it lead to better user management and also better tracking of the sale and even better management of the inventory.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The clearly mentioned deliverables on the project agreement we signed and they stuck to their time line. Also a weekly update over mail was sent to us with all requires attachment and every fortnight representatives from both of our companies had a video call. And once month we had a face to face meeting.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The way they clearly mentioned the deliverable and broke the whole project in clearly defined stages was very professional. They took extra care with the UI design so the whole platform became more engaging.

I work as a project development coordinator at Pareekshn. Our company does skill assessments. We also provide our expertise in the field of online skill assessments.

We were using third-party applications and software for skill assessments. We wanted to have our own product.

For all the modules, we worked with around eight people including the developers and a manager.
How did you come to work with Suposham Technologies?
We were looking for a software company that could do web development for us, and one of our vendors recommended them to us. He had worked with them before when they created a CRM for him.
How much have you invested in them?
For the first version, we paid $85,000. For version two, we will be paying them $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We starting working together in May 2019, and the first version was completed in January 2020. We have already given them work for the second version of the same project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their work has been satisfactory so far. The first version has been good and there are no bugs.
How did Suposham Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They communicated with us on a regular basis. They assigned a project manager to us, and every fortnight he would provide us with all the development reports and he would get feedback from us. They had clearly defined the deliverables and divided the project. On a monthly basis, we also had a face to face meeting with their team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They give us feedback to make the system better. Our company doesn’t have technical expertise. They understood the scope of what we wanted from them and they also helped us with cost-cutting and improving the product which was very good.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think the user manual they prepared for us could have been a bit more descriptive. Other than that, things were fine.
