The scope of work includes redesigning and developing the official website (tropiclink.net), as well as creating additional modules such as payment gateway integrations, admin dashboards, and reporting tools.
I also designed and developed the Tropiclink mobile app, available on both Android and iOS platforms.
Additionally, the work involves enhancing the system’s intelligence by integrating the latest AI technologies.

We actively work on several projects together, lots of them involved migrations of Umbraco CMS and custom ERP code to .net Core. Collaborated on a lengthy eCommerce project with complex purchasing options and full integration of eSigning of digital contracts and Stripe payment system.

For project management purposes we use DevOps, Planner and Upwork project work diaries for work progress monitoring, each task at hands is pre-defined, technically discussed and validated in alignment to project goals, production costs are estimated and task delivery ETA'd, upon completion the code is reviewed internally and costs cross-checked (ETA vs actual).

Projects are managed exemplary, they handle the day-to-day requests as per our desires and expectations, tasks are assigned to coders based on task prios and their expertise and availability. 

Tasks are always delivered on time or ahead of scheduled due dates, if our prios change due to force majeure, we redefine the tasks per priority buckets and they respond to our needs and seamlessly reorganize their activities accordingly.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sumedha Softech Pvt Ltd delivered a township management software (TMS) to update live data and prepare daily reports. Our TMS app and software are user-friendly, easily operated on-site, and provide live photos and videos of the project that are stored on a daily basis. The daily consumption of materials and job work is updated from the site, which is helpful for the procurement and planning teams. 
The complete project summary of any project is shown head-wise, which helps the team prepare reports on an urgent basis. Overall, our team and management are very satisfied with the TMS software.Moreover, the TMS software has reduced our report preparation time and improved accuracy. 
Now, we can prepare reports with just one click, whereas it used to take us one day. Additionally, every data is verified by the head of the department after updating it in the TMS by the engineer, accountant, and procurement team.
