We needed to add a rentals page to our existing website for our real estate agency in Marbella. We launched a new service to manage rental properties for property owners in Marbella that don't live here or don't want to handle the day-to-day stuff.

Studio282 designed and developed the rentals page from scratch. They created a section explaining the 7 key aspects of our rental management service, added customer reviews, and built a contact form. They made sure the style of the new page matched our existing website perfectly, and the design, colors, and navigation all flow together seamlessly.

We launched the page in December 2024 and have already gotten 41+ serious inquiries about our rental management services. We've signed 17 new clients and have several more in the pipeline. It's definitely generating new business for us.

This project mainly involved creating a website for my artist residency program. The key deliverables included the full website design and development, logo creation, a multi-step application form for artists to apply to our program, contact forms so people can get in touch with us, making sure everything looked great on phones and some SEO work to help people find us online. I also specifically wanted the home page to have as little scrolling a possible, which they delivered perfectly.

While it's too early for specific metrics since I just launched, the website has already accomplished its primary goal - providing me with the professional online presence necessary to launch the artist residency program. The site successfully went live on schedule, allowing me to officially launch the residency program to the public. Most importantly, the website now provides me with the professional online presence I needed to credibly launch the business and attract international artists to the program
