They're extremely organized and diligent, know their stuff on both the technical side and the branding side and are always accessible. Design-wise, they blow everyone else out of the water.

The quality of their graphic design and their commitment to always delivering the best they could on anything they work on. It's really typical for agencies to slip into under-delivering once they get settled in and comfortable with you but that was never the case with Stimulate.

Their workflow is highly systematized and to work with them you need to communicate via Slack and review deliverables inside Click-up. Personally, I don't love it when a vendor expects my team to adopt their team's internal workflows and platforms. It creates a more unified and manageable experience for their team but does so at our team's expesne, since our work necessarily becomes fragmented.

We were seeking an email marketing agency that would help us increase our revenue from email and our open rate significantly since this was once a major source of revenue for us but had diminishing returns of late. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Stimulate has been integral in developing creative assets and assisting us in planning our marketing calendar, as they create numerous promotional, educational, and automation email campaigns and SMS campaigns. They also create assets for our web banners and our Google and Meta ads assets with every new campaign or promotion. We have monthly content calendar briefings and performance reviews, and we know that if we ever need anything in the interim, the Stimulate team is there to help us.
Stimulate has gone above and beyond what we had hoped for in the scope of work they are eager to complete, and we trust them implicitly because they are highly strategic, serious problem solvers, with very high taste levels. They are also extremely easy and enjoyable to work with. But the proof is in the numbers. During the first six months, our email and SMS revenue increased 84% year-over-year, and their contribution grew from 20% of total sales to 36% of store revenue. Stimulate has also improved deliverability, with email open rates up 129% since starting — now at 67%.
