Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and president of Entrada Camps and Conservation, which will develop and operate luxury eco-resorts in the American West.

For what projects/services did your company hire Stature, and what were your goals?

We hired Stature to design our logo and provide us with a complete brand package for our company.

How did you select this vendor?

Statue was referred by a good friend who has worked with them extensively in the past.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

Stature took the information we provided about our company and its mission and developed several different logo ideas that reflected the spirit of our company and our mission. From there we decided on one and perfected it.

Then they designed a whole brand strategy, including fonts, color schemes, imagery, etc. They also provided a lot of valuable feedback on collateral we developed using the brand materials they created, including a website, pitch decks, etc.

I worked directly with Kyle Floyd on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All of the feedback I've gotten from everyone, including potential investors, stakeholders, partners, etc, that I've shared our materials with has been overwhelmingly positive.

I think it has really helped convey what our company is all about and what sets us apart and has a hugely positive role in helping us communicate our vision to others.

Kyle was extremely hands-on, and responsive. When the process lagged because of indecision on our end, he was quick to step in, make suggestions and move the process along in a positive direction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

From past experience I know that designing a new brand can be extremely difficult and time consuming. It's easy to get lost or discouraged by the virtually unlimited directions that seem to be available at the start of the process.

Kyle was extremely adept at taking our general thoughts and input about what our company is about and translating into visuals and graphics.

When we got bogged down by indecision, he was quick to jump in with suggestions, feedback and ideas that really helped us to find our direction and end up with a final product that we loved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's nothing I can think of.

I’m the VP of channel sales for Auctane, a provider of e-commerce fulfillment solutions. We provide software solutions that enable e-commerce merchants to ship their packages to consumers. Our clients can list their products in 100 different marketplaces, and any time a product is sold, the order enters into our software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stature?

We have internal marketing resources that we use for a lot of what we do. However, we needed help for the emerging sector of our business, which are areas that aren’t yet developed on the marketing side. We needed a partner that was nimble and able to build to our look and feel.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We use Stature as a full-service marketing provider. First, they did a deep dive to understand our business, including our value propositions, messaging style, and look and feel. They now handle marketing for our emerging product projects. They work with teams across the globe, including the US and Australia. The team helps cater to our message in a localized format. 

Our value proposition is different across the globe, so they’ve worked with our internal teams to localize the strategies we already had. They’ve looked at what’s succeeding or failing in a particular environment and helped us adapt that strategy. In some cases, they’ve also provided translation services. Our market position is also different in each country, so Stature makes sure we identify the branding to help people understand the value proposition behind each product.

I work primarily with Kyle (Founder & Designer). 

How did you come to work with Stature?

Before joining my company, I had worked with a big firm where Kyle also worked, and we worked together heavily there. I reached out to him specifically when he started Stature because I knew his work. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $25,000–$50,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We've compiled a library of Stature's contributions to our marketing team. They produce content at twice the pace of our marketing team, so we can measure their success by the number of collateral pieces they've developed over that period. 

The feedback from my in-house team for their work is always extraordinarily positive. Kyle has a strong grasp of our value proposition and can communicate it to his whole team. Therefore, Stature has become an extended and more nimble version of our marketing team. 

How did Stature perform from a project management standpoint?

They have very strong project management — they work efficiently. We use Trello and Slack to manage touch points. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Stature's professionalism. Their ability to understand our value proposition so quickly and help us enunciate it in a way that matches our larger strategy has been outstanding. When we look at something they created and work by our in-house team, we can't tell the difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing they need to improve comes to mind; they're one of my favorite partners. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to spend the time upfront to ensure you give Stature the information they need to understand your line of business. If you provide them with the opportunity to understand your company, they'll be firm advocates and pick up your value proposition — probably see it even better than you can.

We hired stature to design the look and feel of our product and to build our brand image from the ground up.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor came highly recommended and had the portfolio to prove their value. Their past work was reflective of what we wanted. We had immense trust that the work would be done perfectly.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We went through a few discovery meetings and then received multiple designs for each page of our site. Our team looked over them, chose one and then had more revisions made. We were presented with a multitude of various logo types before whittling it down to a few finalists.

We worked with one person throughout the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our front-end developers were able to match to the final Figma design. It was extremely easy to hand off the finished design and the developers had no issues working from it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. Multiple members of our team were able to ask questions between meetings. Stature was always quick to answer any questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed by the final product. The design is beyond anything we can ask for! It was also great to be able to simply hand off the design to our developers to make it come to life.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was nothing I would have changed.

We now have a modern, unified brand image that brings client compliments and positive feedback. We're very happy with the final product, which exceeds our original vision.

The incredible creative ability of Stature produced a final product beyond what we could imagine. We could not be more happy with the results of the project.
