We engaged Startupr on a pay-per-meeting model to build predictable pipeline without hiring SDRs. From July–October 2025, after refining our ICP and launching multi-touch outbound across email and LinkedIn, Startupr delivered 36 qualified meetings (5, 6, 10, 15 by month) for a total of $18,000 - a blended $500 per meeting - driving ~650% ROI while keeping our team lean. We engaged Startupr on a performance based pay per meeting model to stand up outbound quickly. Startupr built ICP tiers and persona specific messaging. They ran a coordinated multi channel program across email, LinkedIn, and limited calling for high value accounts, with structured follow up cadences. The team iterated weekly based on segment performance, message results, timing, and meeting to evaluation ratios. Transparent dashboards covered meetings, pipeline value, segment performance, and trial progression.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From May 2025 to October 2025, Startupr delivered 64 qualified meetings, initiated 28 product evaluations, and generated 1.1 million US dollars in qualified pipeline. Total cost was 41,600 US dollars, which worked out to 650 US dollars per qualified meeting. KPI achievement was 100 percent. Meeting examples included regional groups with 3,000 to 9,000 units, student housing operators, multi state portfolio firms, short term rental operators, and established single family rental operators.

They built advertiser ICPs, tested segment specific messaging for brands, gaming studios, subscription apps, performance agencies, and regional advertisers, and ran multi channel outbound that combined personalized email, targeted LinkedIn, selective calls, and retargeting. They iterated weekly and provided transparent reporting.

In the first five months Startupr delivered 73 qualified advertiser meetings, 42 activated test campaigns, and 860,000 US dollars in qualified pipeline. We achieved 100 percent of KPIs. Revenue is NDA. This established a scalable and data driven engine for direct advertiser revenue.
