Space To Tech delivers quickly, and people are happy with the app they've provided. They've gone above and beyond with the software and UI design, which has been tested with multiple focus groups, and we haven't found bugs that need addressing.

Every contractor who has looked at and experimented with our app has felt quite comfortable.

The project manager and the crew are straightforward when interacting. We use Slack and Zoom for most of our communications, as well as emails and WhatsApp messages, and conduct weekly stand-ups to ensure everything is on track. We also schedule monthly meetings with team managers to ensure the groups stay aligned. Additionally, Space To Tech provides daily reports.

They also solved our connectivity issue by adding offline functionality, allowing teams to continue their work in areas with weak signals, syncing data automatically once a connection is restored.

The Incident Reporting module was another key improvement, now equipped with photo and video uploads and geo-tagging, making issue documentation and resolution faster. Plus, enhanced notifications and escalation pathways ensured that urgent issues were addressed without delays.
