What was the scope of their involvement?

Sondora Marketing handles our SEO and digital marketing efforts. They provide content marketing services as well, helping us publish various blogs. Their team makes sure we have the right descriptions on our website so we don’t choose anything that can be punishable. Additionally, they do our Google Ads, social media marketing, and some design work.

What is the team composition?

It depends on the task, but we usually work with 2–3 people.

How did you come to work with Sondora Marketing?

They were recommended by a business acquaintance. Sondora Marketing gave us a presentation, and we were sold. They provided a customized assessment of our website and that really caught my attention. Sondora Marketing had a good approach and selling point. Their team came across as attentive and friendly.

How much have you invested with them?

We invest about $17,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website’s performance has improved, and they’ve increased the number of visitors who come to the site. They give analytics, and we meet every month to discuss next steps. Their team is always focused on how they can better optimize our site. Sondora Marketing utilizes a hands-on approach.

How did Sondora Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication has been perfect. They’re clear and exemplify excellent communication skills. Their team is professional and always on time. If they don’t know something, they ask; they don’t just make things up. They’re consistent about aligning with our needs and it’s clear they listen to their clients.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sondora Marketing goes above and beyond for us. If we’ve had a temporary loss of our IT partner, they’ve stepped in as we found a replacement. If we’ve needed to find a social media specialist, they do all the reasonable steps to help us find the right person. Our companies work in unison. They’re very involved and invested. They’ve never let us down.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just do it, they’re really reliable.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sondora Marketing?

We had noticed a significant drop in our website traffic after Google applied some updates that we were unaware of.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did an audit of our website and made recommendations based on their findings. We worked with them on a monthly basis to help us increase traffic and get our numbers back. They guided us through the process. We did some of the updates and blogging ourselves, but they helped us as well with more technical changes. 

We filtered their suggestions through our brand standards to make sure the changes we were making were appropriate for our target audience. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people: Dennis (Founder) and Matteo (Digital Marketing Strategist). 

How did you come to work with Sondora Marketing?

I wasn’t personally involved in the selection process. However, my company liked them because they provided a good initial audit of our website and were very kind and straightforward. 

How much have you invested with them?

We probably spent about $60,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2019. We ended our engagement with them temporarily in March 2020, but we began working with them again recently for PPC management.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The increase in traffic was quite remarkable. That was our main goal, and we definitely accomplished that. 

How did Sondora Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always one step ahead of us. The team was very collaborative and never pushy. I appreciated their patience throughout the process. There were a couple of issues with glitchy payments, but they were really understanding.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I worked with another, much larger organization and it felt like we were just a cog in the machine. I appreciated that we had a consistent contact with Sondora Marketing. The service was far more personal. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

I don’t have anything but positive feedback. Initially, some of the content they created for our website wasn’t quite right, but they responded well to our feedback and work with us to learn more about our industry and clientele. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

They’re based in Switzerland, so it’s important to keep in mind that there may be a time difference depending on where you are based.

 I’m the CEO of Edellis Cosmetics. We produce cosmetics using natural, high-quality ingredients.

I knew what I wanted to build, but I’m not an expert in website development and marketing. We had an existing website, but it didn’t reflect our image well.

Sondora developed a new website from scratch and did branding for us. They’re also helping us with digital marketing, including Google Ads.

I’ve worked with a marketing strategist, a web designer, and a web developer.

I found them through some friends.

I estimate we’ve spent $5,000–$10,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Sondora around late-2016, and our engagement is ongoing. They’re currently adding a new line of products to the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sondora charged us a lot less money than our previous company, but their work was much better. I like their web design style. They always figure out an answer if they don’t know initially, and they never say no to us.

How did Sondora Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not an expert in the field, so I really inundated them with questions, but they were patient with me. We discussed every picture and detail of the site together. They always answer quickly, and they’re always there. Some companies won’t even answer if it’s outside working hours, but I’ve gotten a hold of Sondora even at night. Their CEO is a reliable and trustworthy person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The cost to value ratio is very good. They’re always on time, offer very good services, and come up with ideas based on what’s best for my business. Sondora is a very creative group. They give me options to choose from instead of just doing what I ask for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’m very happy, and I’ve got a good level of trust in their team.

I always recommend them to people looking to build websites or do online marketing.
