Website is user friendly, easy to navigate and Mr Creative took the time to provide full training for our marketing team, for WordPress, so now it is very easy to update. We were quite impressed with the Logo, Custom artwork; SEO setup, and the ongoing support past deliverables

Opposite to this, all the other companies I consulted suggested me Wordpress technology and I didn't wanted to go for it as I had very bad experience with Wordpress performance.

I had a regular website and did a little bit of SEO and social media marketing prior to working with them. I can say that traffic has definitely improved and it’s been really good. I have a dotted contract, regular feedback, and weekly meetings where we discuss results and then figure out how to improve our situation. Overall, I’m very happy with the results.

How did Mr Creative Social perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication has been very good, and they’re the best parts about it. The deadlines are relatively met here and there, but also from our end, because sometimes they’re working on a new project, or we’re late in giving them the materials, and sometimes it would take a little longer than expected to build a new website. There are some hiccups, but they’re very manageable. As long as we’re getting feedback, we feel like we’re being taken care of.

One of my conditions is I don’t want it to be like a professional meeting, so I’m very comfortable with using WhatsApp to communicate. I wanted someone who I can reach out to any time because we have a very busy schedule — so it has to be according to my convenience. If I have an idea, I want to share it any time, and that flexibility has really worked for us.

As they try to prove themselves, they are always willing to go out of their comfort zone to accomplish things for us. It’s a big thing for me, especially in this field. Another important thing is they’re good at absorbing our ideas. That’s something very important to us as well.

Since they’re young I’m sure they will improve a lot and it will be done with experience. It would be helpful for them to be more professional, so they should put in more time to improve themselves.
