The Zapier plugin will let businesses connect ProvenExpert with over 5,000 apps, while the HubSpot integration will simplify sending invitations from within the CRM. The goal is to save time, improve customer engagement, and increase the volume of reviews by automating review requests with minimal effort.

We created a user-friendly and accessible portal for various target audiences. It became possible to connect our clients, partners, and doctors to solve users’ needs based on both food intolerance test results and blood test results. Snotor also created an intuitive UI/UX for both the portal and our website, which, among other things, will significantly improve the customer experience.

They did their best to make sure everything turned out great as there where lots of problems which was faced and delayed the project slightly however Snotor adapted very quickly to these problems and resolved them effectively and efficiently

Ideas for improving our customer offering, both from tech and business sides. Responsiveness to questions asked by us, as these where picked up very fast and solved by Diana who we are incredibly please with.

Not have as many people on Virtual meetings who are not required as the customer has to pay for their time not to say anything all meeting. To make the meeting more productive I would suggest having the Web Developer and Project Manger as problems would get solved instantly and Web Developer can suggest more efficient methods.

The development of the data entry and scoring went very well. The user report and graphs took more time but were completed fully to our satisfaction. This was also due to our legacy platform.

Overall very satisfied. Only the last phase where we were doing bug-fixing took quite a lot of time, mostly in test and communication to ensure the requirements were clear. But the team was persistent in resolving issues fully to our satisfaction.

The implementation of the system will reduce our logistic and operational costs by 15-17% for the first year, and will increase the number of processed transactions by nearly 28-30% in 2023. This will significantly raise our income and profit already in the first quarter after the introduction

They are very transparent, proactive and always have a few proposals for every issue or block of work. The team has given day-to-day updates, made sum-up letters after meetings. We had very productive meetings and brainstormings. There was an ability to see our progress via an online graphic in the online Gantt system. Everything was delivered on time, despiting the fact, that we have one delay on the first milestone
