We worked with Skillian to build a custom web platform for MrWolfGroup, including full Adyen payment integration to support global transactions across cards, wallets, and local methods. The team handled everything — backend, frontend, and the entire Adyen flow including onboarding, KYC, webhooks, and split payments.

Skillian was professional, fast, and transparent. They communicated clearly and delivered working features in every sprint. Their technical depth and experience with Adyen made a huge difference in getting our platform ready for launch.

It’s rare to find a team that can manage both the backend complexity and frontend experience with such confidence and speed. Their ability to deliver fully functional features each sprint, while maintaining clear and proactive communication, made them feel like a true extension of our own team.

We ran on time for most sprints which is as to be expected. You can't nail all sprints on time. And when we didn't it wasn't a result of anything Skillian did or not do. We just needed more time to scope and test. Skillian responded to our needs well and did well to accommodate when we were a little delayed on our end and needed them to push a little harder to meet our deadlines.

The team is made up of strong professionals. Before Skillian they worked on some pretty big projects so they follow all the typical best practices you would expect of senior engineers at top companies. But they run lean and fast and know their stuff. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Skillian could have done differently?

For us they were perfect because we already have data science expertise and product expertise (and they do too, a little less than us but that's fine because devs and AI engs don't need a masters in DS). They brought the AI engineering and dev skills we need to bring our product/AI requirements to reality.
