Working with Alex at Skill Mammoth has been an absolute game-changer for M&T Roofing and Restoration. From start to finish, Alex demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals and delivered beyond expectations. He completely overhauled our website with a sleek, modern design — but more importantly, he built it to convert.

One of the standout features Alex implemented is a fully integrated AI chatbot. This tool is available 24/7 to engage visitors, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales funnel. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes that we discussed were seeing the amount of outreach that my company produces. For example, I usually send approximately 4-10 emails/linkedin messages per day. With his suggestions, I will be able to invest into new Ai software that can help me send over 100 emails/messages a day and can have personalized touch on these instead of just a typical spam message. Great information!

For this project, I was mostly learning about the information about Ai and how it can be impactful for my business. Alex was great in explaining the concepts of Ai and letting me know of all of the options and prices. We discussed together my situation as a small business and talked about the best value for my company.

Skill Mammoth took my plan and outline for the Mom Chaos Quiz and brought it to life. The goal was to create a quiz that would help me attract new leads for my business.

What Skill Mammoth Did:

• Consultation: They reviewed my quiz ideas and made sure everything aligned with my target audience (busy moms).
• Quiz Development: They crafted engaging quiz questions and multiple-choice answers, based on my outline, that reflected common challenges moms face.
• Results: They developed different result categories for the quiz, with each result offering helpful advice tailored to moms.
• Lead Generation: They set up the quiz to capture participants' emails so I could follow up and generate leads.
• Integration & Testing: They made sure the quiz worked smoothly and tested it to ensure it provided a good experience for users. They gave me the information and steps needed to seamlessly integrate it into my website.

We needed a quote generator for our website to allow customers to get instant quotes online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of work with Skill Mammoth?

Skill Mammoth designed and set up a system to allow homeowners to enter the square footage of their roof or use Google Maps to get the roof size. Then, they were able to get an instant quote delivered to them by email. Skill Mammoth set up all the embed codes, and I forwarded them to my website team, who added them easily to the website.

We found Skill Mammoth through a referral. We chose them over other general contractors because of Alex’s knowledge regarding the project we discussed.

We just completed the project, so we don’t have input from the website yet. However, we’ll get emails from potential customers directly from this, and we’ll be able to differentiate them from normal views on the website.

How did Skill Mammoth perform from a project management standpoint?

Skill Mammoth completely delivered on time. We didn’t have a specific timeline, but the project was done within a week or so. The team’s skills and knowledge were the best we had dealt with. We had a couple of one-hour virtual meetings and communicated via email.

Alex met with me for an hour and reviewed all of my processes for my coaching consulting business.  He looked at the software and applications I was using for every aspect of my business, including the sales, marketing, and accounting functions.  He then created an awesome Transformation Blueprint, along with the super cool Miro Whiteboard that showed me how to implement his ideas and recommendations.  He sent me both documents PLUS a video of him explaining everything.  To a non-techie that was SO valuable, and he anticipated all of my questions.
