Our FB engagement rates increased substantially and traffic to our site also increased noticeably. We had decent ROAS on our campaigns.

Workflow between our team and Ad Union was fairly effective. Ad union submitted weekly progress of our various campaigns and sought feedback from our team and tweaked the ads based on such feedback. Our team also had access to performance through GA and FB account so we both were on the same page.

How did you select this vendor?
Since I’ve worked in the field of digital marketing myself for a while and being the founder of an Online marketing agency I’m pretty picky when it comes to outsourcing, especially in this specific branch. But after knowing Julian and Vincent from my hometown and also being familiar with their work, I was confident that their work would meet my expectations. Therefore and because of my lack of time so I couldn’t do it myself I reached out to them. They sent me a detailed brochure of their services & advantages as well as capabilities in the Facebook advertising field and also counselled me.

After a meeting and some calls, we had put a strategy together. We were closely working on content for the ads. The fact that the whole team speaks fluent English made it a lot easier to talk to members and colleagues of mine from Indonesia to get support or advice. The Teams plan involved Facebook Lead Ads, Facebook Brand Awareness Ads and simple reach Ads.

I have worked closely together with the German and the UK teams both for support, invoices & general information.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After a few days of testing, a few people started to sign up and contacted us. As the first results were just based on testing we haven’t expected much. After this test period, we have increased the daily ad spend to about 20€ and these were giving us around 1 signup and 1500 impressions. Since the start with Ad Union, we have gained over 170 new members in our community & we were able to increase the commission for our new members to get them a better chance of starting off. In the beginning, we had a CPA of around 19€ which has been decreased by over 60%.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Ad Union has used a well-structured database to share invoices and reports accessible with a login. We had called once or twice a week to get an update on the current stages and results.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed by their creative ideas and implementations as well as Tipps and tricks I didn't know about to save money on ad spend and get a higher CVR as well as CTR. Their reports were structured well too.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The only small negative was the layout of the first invoice wasn't structured very well. It got fixed after I mentioned it.
