We were in need for a new website which is why we contacted The Next Cartel. As we made some unfortunate decisions in the past the webpage was in a coming soon status for quite a while - We didn't know how to start and how to end. We needed creative skill as well as IT skills and a developer.

We are more that happy to have chosen The Next Cartel for our project. The Next Cartel was introduced to us by a common friend and work-partner. We were looking for someone creative and technology-driven who is always up to date and understands our business. The Next Cartel checked all boxes.

We had a kick off meeting and several video-calls throughout the project. The Next Cartel made a timeline in the beginning to give us structure and security - we highly appreciated that! They always kept us in loop, made good suggestions (without asking them to do so - which is rare and highly appreciated) & were available all the time.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There was 1 fun stack developer working "behind the scenes".

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launching our webpage, we have a lot of requests coming from there. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had a stand-up once a week with their project manager and developer. If there were any questions in between we communicated via email. Their answers to our concerns came very fast and on point. We used Zoom or Microsoft Teams for video-calls and I am sure they will have plenty of options to communicate and find the best way possible for each and every client.

We had a booth at VMware Explore 2022 in Barcelona. Our video team is completely United States based, so we needed a reliable video production crew to help us create coverage of the event and interviews with executives. We needed a recording crew, locations, and post-production services.

We found the websites/reels of several Barcelona-based production crews and evaluated which ones could produce at the level we were looking for. The reel was very important and being friendly/communicative was crucial for setting everything up from a different country.

Joachim and Felipe were incredible to work with. They met over zoom on several occasions to help us plan for and execute this production overseas.

From all the people that vistet our website only 1,2% bought before. After the new website that went up to 3,4%

That they really listen to what you want and that they can perfectly translate that in a design. And also, we were impressed with how they were able to come up with their own ideas.

To be honest not really. It was a great experience.
