What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since partnering with BrainX, my Shopify store has seen tangible, measurable improvements across the board. Conversion rates have increased due to enhanced UX/UI design and a more seamless checkout experience, while average order value (AOV) has grown thanks to strategic upsells and cross-sells. Cart abandonment rates have dropped, and site performance has dramatically improved, with faster load times and smoother navigation, especially on mobile. I asked BrainX to help me create a Shopify website for my new company, 30a Print Shop, an online print art gallery featuring and supporting the artwork of local, 30A (NW Florida) artists, curated by local artist, Kathleen Broaderick.  So I needed a front page and then templates for me to add new prints, new artists, etc.  This needed to be something I could edit easily and not require their continued support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was a professional website that allowed me to jump right in, adding all the prints and editing the entire website on my own. If I had a problem, they were open to questions and often sent back a video describing answering my question. We are still using the website and selling loads of prints!

They have different people assign to different parts of your project and it was obvious they all worked well together. They did deliver on time and were very responsive to my feeback.

ShopX Commerce is designing and building the front- and backend of the configurator on top of Shopify. The tool collects all relevant customer information, provides customization options, and sends a customized quote with pricing.

The project was broken up into 3–4 main milestones, and we’ve completed the wireframes, first draft, second draft, and final. The configurator provides customers with all their relevant customization options at the right price.

I would assign a task. They will communicate their understanding of the task and then execute within 48 hours. But under 24 hours for most of the time.

Yea, very clear communication and understanding. All via Slack. And would again, deliver within 48 hours, but under 24 hours on most of the tasks. They have not complained, or given me any sort of friction in the work assigned. And it hasn't been simple.
