We engaged Shipfast to support AI Learning Labs, our EdTech SaaS platform that allows teachers to create and safely share classroom-ready AI chatbots with students. The project had two main goals: modernise the design to give a professional, user-friendly experience, and close functional gaps to make the platform more reliable and scalable. Key deliverables included: Landing Page Redesign: A new public-facing site that is responsive, polished, and aligned with best practices for SEO and performance. UI/UX Revamp: A complete refresh of the teacher dashboard, student and session management pages, chatbot library, and settings, making the platform cleaner and easier to use. New Features: Introduction of a “Preview as Student” mode so educators can test chatbots, plus improvements to safety and subscription management. Compliance & Optimisation: Updates to subscription and VAT handling, alongside a technical audit and enhancements to ensure the platform performs smoothly at scale. Overall, they delivered a cohesive design language, streamlined teacher workflows, and improved reliability — giving us a much stronger foundation to grow the product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project produced immediate, tangible improvements for our platform. The new landing page gave us a much more professional public presence and has already led to higher engagement and longer visitor sessions. Within the app, the redesigned dashboard and management screens have noticeably reduced friction for teachers, cutting down the number of support queries we receive.

The “Preview as Student” feature has been especially valuable, allowing educators to test chatbots with ease — something our users had been requesting. Subscription and compliance updates now run reliably in the background, freeing us from manual work-arounds. The technical audit and quick-win improvements also improved speed and responsiveness, creating a smoother experience for both teachers and students.

Overall, the project left us with a platform that is more polished, user-friendly, and scalable, with fewer support issues and stronger adoption from educators.

The team delivered a fully functional platform on an accelerated timeline, allowing us to launch ahead of schedule and start onboarding early interest from dealerships.

Moreover, the interface was intuitive, clean, and required no training. Dealerships could verify drivers in under two minutes using any device, with no downloads or complicated setup. Every visual and interaction point reinforced the credibility of our product. Shipfast Agency understood the vision and executed it in a way that elevated trust and user confidence.
