Seventh Triangle was engaged to rebuild our Shopify Plus store from the ground up, with a focus on performance, UX optimisation, and seamless backend integration. The scope includes a full website redesign, mobile-first development, Shopify Plus customisations, and integration with our external inventory and B2B systems. Key deliverables include wireframes, a fully responsive front-end, optimised product and collection pages, a refined checkout experience, and technical SEO implementation. They are also supporting us with ongoing site maintenance and performance marketing setup post-launch.

Deliverables have been on time, communication has been clear, and feedback is implemented quickly and effectively. What stands out most is the quality of their team; everyone we work with is sharp, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. It feels like we have an in-house team on call, not an external agency.

One small thing, we were initially trying to make version 1 of our site work (which they inherited, not built), but it had too many issues. We would’ve appreciated a more direct call early on to scrap it and start fresh. That said, once we shifted gears, they led the rebuild with confidence and clarity.

Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
We partnered with Seventh Triangle in April 2019 to redesign and develop our website from scratch. Their team handled the entire process — from UI/UX design to end-to-end development — with a focus on user experience, responsiveness, and performance. The new website went live in July 2019.

The scope included:

Discovery & Planning: Understanding our brand, users, and business goals.
UI/UX Design: Wireframes, design mockups, and mobile-first responsive layouts.
Website Development: Front-end and back-end development, third-party tools setup, and full QA testing.
Deployment & Launch: Smooth handover and live deployment with post-launch support.

2. The delivery was on time and in cases where they needed our approval and review, the team would constantly followup with us to make sure that the project is implemented and delivered on time
3. Open to feedbacks and suggestions. A weekly call is scheduled with a proper agenda to discuss in detail
4. For any urgency or SOS situation, a whatsapp group was also created for faster and quicker communication

Their deep understanding of the D2C ecommerce space, which comes from the founders’ own experience in successfully building D2C brands in the past. This firsthand knowledge made a huge difference, especially in the early stages. They didn’t just build a website — they offered valuable insights on target audience behavior, industry nuances, and how ecommerce differs from traditional retail.

 While the team was always available to answer questions and train our team, having more structured documentation —like a quick-reference toolkit—would have made it easier for our internal team to manage small changes independently. Also, maintaining a detailed log of changes done over a period of time will be very helpful.
