So the measurable outcome was the setup and configuration of HubSpot enabling us to migrate to it faster and feel more confident in at as the appropriate solution.

All deliverables were completed on time and they made themselves available weekly with a recurring meeting where we could join to raise any concerns and address blockers. Very prompt responses to any concerns or delays, on either side, always displaying an attention to detail I appreciated.

How did your relationship with your partner evolve?
After receiving service that left us with some unanswered questions, the Set2close team rectified our experience by ensuring we could get our money back, start from scratch, and be guided by a different team member that gave us a lot of great advice.

We were set up with an account manager to help us get the most out of HubSpot. We had 4 weekly meetings to go over specific areas of the software and ask questions about set-up procedures.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Unsure. It wasn't very successful
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We were set up with one rep and then switched to another after our first meeting. The first rep had a more organized process by asking us to do "homework" for a certain module and then ask questions based on our learning, but the second rep did not have a clear process. It was very disorganized after the first session.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The extension software that connects to HubSpot so we can always have assistance when using the CRM.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Set 2 Close could have done differently?
Keep the same rep for the entire package so we don't have to teach multiple people about our needs and why we're using the CRM. Better organization and having a plan for each weekly meeting, as opposed to answering random questions.
