The scope of their work included our website audit, comparison, and monitoring of our core competitors' activities, creating a semantic core, and planning tasks for content creation. They controlled every step and actively suggested actions to improve one or other criteria. Also, SEOTM was responsible for links placement and the overall rating of our website in Google.

We worked with 2 people from SEOTM: 1 SEO specialist and 1 manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started working with SEOTM, our positions in Google raised and we started to get more traffic from our target countries and segments.

These guys are really great in terms of communication and delivery. They valued our time, suggested the best solutions, and notified us every time they needed our opinion or input. In case we had to make some changes, they were fast and responsive. To communicate, we used mostly Telegram.

They knew exactly what they do to obtain great knowledge in our topics. Thanks to their strategically planned actions, we were sure that our traffic was in trusted hands.

No points of improvement so far. They are great team!

I was impressed with their expertise and approach in SEO strategies. So I decided to give SEOTM a try and things went well for our personal projects, after that we used their services for our clients.

SEOTM team helped us with keyword research and performed analysis of the competitors (in software development niche). From there, they conducted a full site audit and afterwards they recommended changes to the website and blog. SEOTM implemented several SEO strategies designed to improve search rankings and generate leads as a part of a SEO partnership. Sergiy and his team have really brought our SEO efforts to the next level.

We communicated with the project manager (Sergiy), he has a great SEO experience and helped us a lot with advice. He is part of the project team of 5-6 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within two months we started to receive positive results on the keywords. The visibility of the website improved by 20% on average. The number of relevant keywords has gone up which has helped us stay ahead of the competitors.

SEOTM staff is very supportive. The communication was through google meets. We communicated every week and discussed all the further strategies and activities to be conducted. Data sheets with the monthly reporting were sent over email.

I’m a senior account manager at Sasquatch Agency. However, I was a regular account or project manager at the time of working with SEOTM. We’re a social media agency that provides services like SEO and website development. The agency is 10 years old and has a team of 10 people. We collaborate with big brands.

We needed to develop a website for a client and always delegate this kind of work to partners.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEOTM developed a promotional website for a client offering pet supplies. The site had an admin panel for updating content and a feature for making customized offers to visitors.

There were around five people working from our side. I worked with one project manager from SEOTM and there were others working behind the scenes.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from January 2015–January 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website was very innovative for the Ukrainian market at the time. Our customer was happy, and they got a lot of orders through the site. SEOTM’s pricing wasn’t very expensive relative to our other partners. We’re not a very big company, and they understood our situation. They’re a very understanding company, and, in our market, it’s important to connect to each other.

How did SEOTM® Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

This was my first project of this kind, and there were a lot of questions from my side. Their project manager gave a lot of answers to my sometimes-stupid questions. They had great client service.

Communication was easy, and we never needed to wait a long time for an answer. We spoke through email and social media messengers. They were very friendly, and there was a desire to produce a successful project from both sides. The project wasn’t very simple, but it was easy to work with SEOTM.

What did you find most impressive about them?

This was my first such project, and it was cool to see how the customer would use the platform. We created a new way for them to offer their products, and they were perhaps the first company in Ukraine to do something like this.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everyone can improve, but our project was very innovative for the Ukrainian market at the time. We have more experience now, and we understand how it could’ve been done faster, but the schedule was good for that time.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients will find a good partner in SEOTM.

The team consisted of 3 people: designer, manager and developer worked. also the director of the company from time to time was interested in the chorus of our project, it was very pleasant for us.

The director has a lot of experience and he suggested various options for implementing the tasks that we asked to be implemented.

It has become much easier for us to attract new customers. Also, we have significantly increased sales to other cities.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We agreed on the details with the project manager, after which the designer and developer connected to the work. Several times we organized skype conferences where all the project participants participated. For us, it was very convenient and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing for us is how the company treats hundreds of questions that customers ask when working on a project. Very loyal customer attitude !!!

At the moment, we decided to significantly expand the range of products on the site, in connection with this we will apply for additional development of the functionality that we will now need.

We were trying to build a website for a customer of ours. We had another freelancer from Germany who wasn’t able to make the site work properly, so we needed a new agency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed the front- and backend for the website and made it easy for our customer to make edits. They made sure everything was working properly and worked very fast.

We worked directly with Andriy (Managing Partner, SEOTM Digital Agency). He was our main point of contact and sent our requests along to his developers.

We posted the project on a freelancer website and they responded. We spoke over the phone and they were much more competent than anyone else we spoke with.

We spent around €2,000 (approximately $2,300 USD) on this project.

What is the status of this engagement?

They started and finished the project within four days in May 2018. We were pleased with their work and now have an arrangement for them to work on other projects.

The customer is very pleased with the website, as are we. SEOTM Digital Agency was very easy to work with throughout the whole project.

How did SEOTM Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication was very good. We used WhatsApp to communicate and had contact with them all day, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. They always responded to our calls within minutes. They were very fast and never left us waiting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very friendly. If there was ever a problem, they fixed it and made sure everything worked. They are better than any other agency we’ve worked with and we’re continuing our collaboration with them.

They're happy to work with clients from multiple countries. Even if you aren't in Ukraine, they are friendly and easy to work with. Don't be afraid to contact them.

I’m the chief digital officer for Silky Way Travel. The company began business operations in 2008 and serves between 10,000–15,000 Azerbaijani tourists annually while processing a growing number of inquiries from international travelers.

We needed to redesign our website and develop a B2C booking platform for travelers.

What were your goals for this project?

We are one of the top travel companies in the Azerbaijan market, but we didn’t have an online booking platform until 2012; all our sales were offline. The main goal of this project was to start online sales for flight tickets, hotels, transfers, and other travel services.

We did some market research on companies with large development portfolios. We found SEOTM, sent them a technical task, and accepted their quote.

Thanks to our new site, we started a new stage in the development of our company and began selling our products online. We’ve had growth year over year.

How effective was the project management?

Their project manager is very competent and understanding, correctly assigned tasks to the team, and set priorities for the development of the project. We get in touch through Skype, phone, and email. We were used very simple tools to manage the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The development team was ready for new challenges. We never heard that something wasn’t possible or that it would take a lot of extra time. All of our tasks were completed on schedule.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

One developer can take on two to three projects at the same time at their company. It's not only a SEOTM situation; other development companies have the same model. Big project development companies can and should single out a personal developer for a single job.
