We had approached SEOFIED at a critical time when our sales was not picking up inspite of the fact that Covid shock was over. Sales had hit so low that continuing business was becoming meaningless. We were spending a lot on Google ads but we were bleeding there too. We also realised that our campaigns in FB & Insta were yielding no result. We expected SEOFIED in all 3 fronts.

Our website had some major deficiencies that were addressed efficiently by Manoj. Initially he patiently explained us the shortcomings and then filled up the gaps. We could feel the positive effect with 2 weeks, from the hits we started getting. 
Google ads was a major challenge in terms of the number & nature of Keywords and also the budget to be allocated. The same was efficiently addressed and we started having higher clicks and conversions. The Social Media campaign aspect was quickly activated by Suchismita who introduced innovative ways. Enquiries from prospective customers increased with surprising speed

The project team lead by Nimaren delivered the items on time though at times we were asking for too many improvements at the same time. Needless to mention, they were very proactive.

SEOFIED provides me with SEO and SMM services. Although we already had our own keywords when we started working together, SEOFIED has recommended a list of 7–8 keywords that I've approved. They've optimized our site and currently make any modifications or additions we ask for. The team also provides blogging services. As for SMM, they post banners every week on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 

SEOFIED has also upgraded our website. Our previous site was an e-commerce platform, and SEOFIED has redone the entire website from scratch.

Additionally, we've engaged them to build our mobile application for Android and iOS; SEOFIED has built both versions of the app and launched them. The app is a reservation platform for our services.

They charge us 200 Singapore dollars (approximately $200 USD) monthly for SEO and SMM. Initially, they charged us US dollars, but they've since switched to a promotional rate. Additionally, we paid $3,000 for the mobile app and $2,000 for the website upgrade.

We started working with them around July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

I’m happy with SEOFIED’s work — they deliver on their promise. Our website is receiving traffic and inquiries. Additionally, we have good engagement on social media and have received leads since we started working with SEOFIED. 

The team is very positive and encouraging, consistently providing ideas. Whenever I send them a request, they research and come back to me with recommendations. If something we want doesn’t work, SEOFIED provides alternatives. When they recommend changes, I go along with them because their advice is good, and the changes they’ve made have worked for us.

They deliver everything smoothly. SEOFIED provides a monthly plan of what they’ll do and asks for approvals for their social media ads. Moreover, they deliver a report every two weeks on how the website performs. 

We communicate through email and WhatsApp. If I need something urgent, I message them through WhatsApp; for more detailed requests, I use email.

Down the road, they could provide different recommendations.

When we first engaged SEOFIED, we started by using their SEO services. They asked me about my requirements, budget, and where I wanted to focus our efforts. Their resources then researched keywords and built our website from scratch. 

Currently, they continue to provide us with SEO and digital marketing services. They manage our social media and Google Ads campaigns. We’ve created the ad campaigns, and they’re managing them for us. On top of that, the team writes monthly blogs for us, and we publish them on platforms like Facebook. 

For website features, the site allows people to book motel rooms. They can see the pictures of the room types and facilities we have. Apart from that, they can read reviews and testimonials from other people — we get reviews from Google and TripAdvisor, and we put them on the website.

Everything has been on time and within budget. SEOFIED is great at communicating with us. We use WhatsApp and email, and we’ve never had any issues with communication.

SEOFIED is highly organized and proactive. They schedule their tasks, and they know what they have to do every month. As a result, I don’t have to follow up on them for the things they haven’t done. Moreover, they send me a monthly report and feedback, so I always know what’s happening.

No, there aren’t any. Whenever I give them my feedback, they accept it and improve their work. For example, if I have issues with the content they’re writing, I tell them I’m not happy with it. They take that feedback and assign another resource to the task.

Explain what you’re looking for and the outcomes you want. Communicate with SEOFIED and be open — tell them what you want. That way, the team can tailor their strategies to your needs.

This was my dream project since I ventured into my own travel business after 2 decades of working in this sector. My objective was two fold - 1. Someone who can design and develop my travel website as per the current trends. 2. Help me market it digitally to our prospects and customers.

We looked for some good companies and indeed Clutch was a good point to start with along with their reviews on other sites too like google, Trustpilot etc. Reached out to them for the quotation. SEOFIED proposal was distinctive one as they gave me what I wanted. They were open to share the list of work they did in the travel sector which was one again plus point for them.

We kicked-of with initial discussion where we documented random points we needed our website should have. SEOFIED suggeston were very helpful and they submitted their first documented proposal with clear breakdown of the budget and time. The design was ready within 1.5 months along with the frontend and backend(this was very customized version as per my 20 years of experience). Then they coded the site which took another 1.5 months to fully develop the site. They used Angular and Laravel in order to keep the site fast and agile Followed with Google Ads, SEO and other social media marketing

There were multiple people involved like the Developer, Designer, Social Media Manager, Internet marketing Consultant, Google Adword Manager, etc. but all were routed through a single Project manager from the beginning to the end i.e. Chandra - a true savior for me. They always ensure that I am connected to the professional guy for the type of work I was looking for.

The first thing I remember and will always remember is that we got the first customers on the first day of our launch. Thanks to the Google Ads Manager. The development project took some 3 months (15 days more than as stated) but the point is that SEOFIED planned and executed the digital marketing strategy as promised and at the right time. Till today we have are working together and all our lead system is managed by them. We have continuously gained business post covid and our company has earned 5X revenue since then.

I'm not 100% certain of our success rate, but when looking for dentists in Anaheim Hills, my name will come up, so I assume that their efforts have worked. SEOFIED has brought me to the first page of Google results.

SEOFIED emails me on a weekly basis and lets me know how the graphs can be interpreted. I don't necessarily have a good understanding of the analytics, but I do have access to them. SEOFIED consults me with regard to the type of content which they should publish on Facebook and Twitter.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

We've been working with SEOFIED for at least a couple of years. Anyone working with an SEO company will never restrict themselves to one vendor, but rather keep the option open to move from one to another. With SEOFIED, we've found a comfort level. Many of their recommendations made complete sense. For instance, on quite a few occasions, our website was ranking lower than expected because of various factors, like a Google penalty. They came into the picture, made the right recommendations, and followed through with their strategy. We saw growth as a result. It may not have been as high as we'd have wanted, but at the same time, we needed to be realistic in our expectations and take into account how SEO has changed over the years. Most of their team is aware of the SEO changes that are occurring in the marketplace.

There were several challenging features that we wanted the website to have. From the social aspects of the website, to the technical requirements necessary to enable real-time trading, we approached SEOFIED to help us achieve these goals.

SEOFIED was responsible for web design, some web development, and a lot of SEO [search engine optimization] work. When it comes to the SEO, they did lots of content marketing, finding relevant blogs to post on and basically increasing our visibility. They also optimized our keywords and did other on-site SEO as well. Social media marketing, through various platforms, was also part of our approach.

They actually approached us first. They sent us an email where they were very detailed in their business proposal, and we decided to work with them. We definitely haven't regretted that.

I'm not comfortable providing an exact cost, but I can say that it was under $10,000 for this particular project. The cost has been very reasonable, considering what we are getting in return. I have no complaints there.

We first started working with SEOFIED almost three years ago. Most of the projects have obviously been completed, but we still have a few ongoing with them right now. I expect those to be completed as well, but I'm happy with SEOFIED and will likely continue to use them in the future.

In terms of results, could you share any quantitative data that would demonstrate the quality of SEOFIED's performance and/or the long-term success of your engagement together?

SEOFIED got us to the top page of Google for many competitive terms. Not only that, but they even got us to the number one ranking for one really tough term. That was amazing. I can't say that I have kept track of our traffic numbers well enough to be able to tell you what they've accounted for exactly. We get a lot of traffic, of course, and it comes from many different sources. But having those kinds of rankings are definitely a huge contributing factor. Overall, their SEO practices have yielded excellent results. I'm very happy with the quality of their work on this project.

When working with SEOFIED is there anything that you would consider unique or special about their practice when compared to other vendors?

That's tough for me to answer because I haven't worked with many other SEO companies. What I will say is that SEOFIED always has somebody working, so that no matter when I send them an email, I can expect a response within a couple of hours. Sometimes even within the hour. I really think that one of their key strengths is their responsiveness and availability, regardless of time zone differences.
