I’m the owner of UWe. We sell healthcare products in different categories like dental care, hair care, sexual performance and energy boosters, pain management, and constipation management. Additionally, we’ve been creating our own products.

What challenge were you trying to address with SeoCurrent?

We hired SeoCurrent to provide us with marketing services for our Shopify website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SeoCurrent does our marketing for us. Their services include onsite and offsite SEO, PPC, digital marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram ads — we have been spending more money on marketing. Although we had a website done by another company, we have been using Shopify to sell our products.

They also built a strategy plan for us, and they’ve helped us with our keywords. Apart from SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing efforts, we’ve also placed advertising in the local newspaper. We’re spending money on all those different channels so that we can increase our brand awareness and get to our target audience.

SeoCurrent has been publishing our content on different sites as well. Additionally, they take care of our Amazon and eBay accounts, write articles for us, make changes to our site, and create landing pages for our PPC campaigns.

What is the team composition?

SeoCurrent’s project manager is my point of contact. Additionally, they assigned 3–4 full-time employees to our project. They work under the project manager’s guidance, who then reports to me.

How did you come to work with SeoCurrent?

We found them through a Google search. We also contacted other companies, but we decided to go with SeoCurrent. We have seen results, so we’ve continued working with them.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around $250,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed the contract around February 2020, and their work is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SeoCurrent’s efforts have increased our sales. We’ve also seen other improvements, which is why I'm leaving this review.

How did SeoCurrent perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been good so far, but my own team also takes care of things. We get updates from SeoCurrent through email, and we use Google Meet. We also visit their office sometimes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SeoCurrent specializes in SEO, and they have good experience with digital marketing. They know what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. Additionally, they follow through, and they help us set our marketing budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. We’re happy with SeoCurrent’s work, and they’ve met our expectations. They also suggest things to us, which has been a good thing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If someone is looking to have more sales and traffic on their website, hire SeoCurrent, and they will do that for you.

I'm a director in the company and we are dealing in safety and security products. We are doing integrations in wholesales, and we are located in Mohali, India.

With SeoCurrent, we wanted the business to have a good presence online. We're actually doing SEO, BBT, and social media, all promotions and marketing to get good growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Generally, we are looking for growth, and whatever services they are offering, we are happy with that. Obviously, we are looking ahead to get more business and give more business to them at the same time. They're doing SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. They're doing it on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, as well as our online blogs. SeoCurrent also creates content for us.

When we started the project, we had a video call. We always sat and discussed the challenges and the results we are looking for. After that, with their guidance, we decided on what to do. We started working with them and it’s been good so far.

What is the team composition?

There are around 3–4 people. One is the project manager and I don’t interact with the others a lot. However, my team is interacting with them.

We got them from Google. We searched for different agencies and we spoke and reached out to them. Seeing their response, their work, and their commitment, we settled on them and closed it.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $100,000 so far. We’ve discussed some more campaigns so that will be increasing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in June 2020 and we are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The way they are dealing, explaining, and handling the project is good. They make me understand the criticality of certain things, and obviously, those things are getting results.

Traffic has increased for our company and that's the reason we’re still with them — I'm getting results.

How did SeoCurrent perform from a project management standpoint?

We gave them our requirements and briefed them. They gave us the estimations, and they do the follow-ups. At end of the day, whatever we need, we are getting it, which is what matters the most. My team keeps track of the results and I also keep the reports they share. As for the project management tools, I have to check with the team because I get the report in Excel.

Communication is typically through Slack, emails, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by how they’re committed to the work. Whatever we need, they discuss it, we brief them, and then they do it. For me, their budgeting and the results they provide us are clear.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Currently, I'm not facing any problems. I only have good feedback, because I'm getting the support I’m looking for.

Any advice for potential customers?

If they are looking for my recommendation, I'll actually say that they should go for them. The reason being is I'm a satisfied customer. I'm getting the services and the results that I'm looking for. Obviously, I will recommend them or I will tell everybody to go with them.
