Our positions in the google search engine results increased in a relatively short period of time for most of the phrases that are important to us. Currently, over 400k sessions per month come from organic traffic.

ROI from advertising expenses is at a satisfactory level practically throughout the duration of our cooperation.

Once a quarter, we conduct workshops with SEMPAI to summarize the results so far and plan the next months. From our side we inform about new brands and categories that we will introduce to the offer and the agency suggests phrases for which they think it is worth positioning. At the end of each month, we receive a report on the result of their work.

We have designated KPIs for which the agency is counted.

Their cooperation and solutions have allowed us to stay ahead of the market. The possibility of contacting the guardian at any time. Sempai supported us as an expert during the DueDiligence process during the sale of the company's shares.

1. SEO audit - our company started cooperation by ordering SEO audit of a newly built store. The aim was to verify and analyze the store, whether it is properly made and prepared to function correctly according to current standards.
2. Google Ads campaigns - the goal was to carry out activities increasing the recognition of our brand with a strong focus on increasing the reach and sales of the products offered.

The company provides information about its services in a clear manner. Regular participation in international awards has been a great advantage attesting to the actual knowledge and effectiveness of the services offered.

SEO audit:

1. Analysis, verification of SEO in the online store.
2. Preparation of a comprehensive report on the current status, construction of the store and applied solutions in terms of SEO. The report also contained information on which elements required improvement and how to make those changes. The whole service was provided in a clear and readable manner. I rate the quality of the service very high.

Google Ads campaigns:

1. Configuration of the store with Google Ads advertising accounts
2. Product feed verification
3. Conducting advertising campaigns with set budget goals.
4. Monthly reporting of advertising activities.

Google Ads campaigns are run professionally from the very beginning, taking care of the client's budget and meeting their expectations. At the beginning, Google Ads campaigns were run in Poland. Currently, Ads campaigns are also run in 10 European Union countries. All campaigns regardless of the country are conducted with great care.

Thanks to Sempai's actions, we effectively reach a large number of customers in accordance with the strategies agreed upon on an ongoing basis.

The overall results rating is very high. All services are performed professionally along with effective achievement of mutually agreed upon goals.

We are assigned an individual account manager who manages all projects for our company. The person assigned to the cooperation knows very well our expectations and goals, which we discuss and set on an ongoing basis. Availability and contact (phone and e-mail) are very good. All services are performed in accordance with the established deadlines.

The client does not have to be an expert in the field they are entrusting to Sempai. Excellent contact and communication ensures that the client is generally aware of what activities are being performed and understands the stages of a particular investment. All activities are reported in a client-friendly manner.

I don't see the need for it.
