The company provides media monitoring services. In particular, it keeps track of all mentions of the brand 24/7 in the mass media and social networks, and aggregates the data into one feed. It analyzes data for belonging to categories by topic, determines potential coverage, defines metions' sentiment, defines speakers. Therefore it builds reports based on the received data.

Monthly reports are key deliverables. They contain information about all changes in the media field that occurred during the month, in the form of data on the number of publications related to the brand, as well as the reach that these mentions gained, according to predefined topics.
