What was the scope of work with Seegno?

Seegno designed our brand's image and created a tailor-made website. They delivered the complete brand dossier and a fully functional website within the requested three months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project had milestones that were achieved. When there was a delay, we were aware and knew the reason, and such a delay was negotiated. There were two weeks for the first draft of the brand image and a four-week milestone to deliver the brand book. This was delayed due to changes that we asked for.

Overall, the system worked perfectly. There were tools in place to work with the unexpected and not let these affect the timeline.

How did Seegno perform from a project management standpoint?

There was always dialogue between the two parties, and solutions were found promptly for every problem. They kept the project on time and the costs controlled. We mostly communicated via email, Slack, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
