We worked with Search Nurture for about 4 years to help us with SEO and content marketing services. The team at S/N provided us with valuable assistance in several areas, such as technical SEO, keyword research, traffic-boosting strategies, link-building campaigns, Google Ads, and the creation of technical content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After a difficult migration process, we were struggling to maintain healthy organic growth. However, since partnering with S/N, we have been able to reverse the situation and start growing not only in website sessions but also in revenue attributed to our SEO initiatives.

It was a straightforward process; after some initial hiccups due to a lack of industry knowledge, the S/N team delivered every asset on time, exceeding my expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have profound technical knowledge about all marketing fundamentals and channel performance. Still, what impressed me the most was the ability to think outside the box for every proposal and their human touch, they felt like part of my team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Search Nurture could have done differently?

Maintaining a reliable team of technical writers is something to improve. We faced a high turnover rate from time to time, which affected the content production timeline and quality of work. Every time S/N had a new writer, we had to start from scratch in terms of training them on our industry and product. This was very time-consuming and frustrating.

We were able to hone in on specific areas in orange county and reduce calls from outside areas that we did not service

They have very good communication. They send us outlines before meetings so we know what we will be discussing. After every meeting they send recaps and action items so everyone is on the same page.

They respond very fast with questions. Most vendors take much longer to respond to emails or requests.
