The health monitoring app was basically to encourage are team mates towards their health goals it would count the number of steps, water consumption in a day and would give analysis of how active you are through out the day. Also makes a comparison with the other team mates on the app encouraging each other to transform in a healthier version of himself.

Initially the team developed wireframes as per the requirement shared by me. After that the prototype of website was developed in Figma and now development part is going on

The technology stack that we wanted to migrate was basically the MERN stack. The deliverables were getting the design ready for our review following up with the architecture changes and then implementation of the new design with a few fixes and automation required from our previous platform as this was being developed from scratch there were many features that required business understanding and I should say they were patient enough and willing to learn on with these things

We worked with about 5-6 team members on varied steps in the project

Yes, They had it outlined very well we managed the whole project over Jira and we were constantly updated about the development cycle and the issues they encountered so it was pretty transparent and we directly knew what modules are selected for development for the day, and who is working on what, etc.

As said most of the project management was done on Jira and for communication we used slack and mails. For meetings we preferred it to be on zoom

They were patient, looked through the project while learning the business processes involved. They were constantly guiding us to features that could be more relevant to us. So we liked and appreciate their active participation

They are pretty good at what they do we are already planning phase 2 and phase 3 for the project and I hope they keep up the same energy going forward

Once the website was live, we started getting more customers directly. And then i realized that people are finding it easier using the website which has been really helpful as due to pandemic everything was closed. We were able to take orders using website and delivered it directly to customer

They used agile management style. We had all communication over mail and skype and they used Freedcamp for task management and Jira for product management

Their willingness to go additional steps for client satisfaction has impressed me the most. They adapted to late meeting request from my side. Also they are very regular in communication and delivered as per timeline

The solution created by SDLC corp would be used by more than 100K users, and all of this business is currently happening offline. We expect to increase in revenue of 5-8% once entire system goes live after beta testing

They used Jira and Slack as project management tool. Ankit, their project manager was superb and kept me updated during the weekly review meetings. I loved the quality of work they have provided, it is impressive.

Two things i liked most about this company: 1) Adherence to project timeline 2) Quality of work delivered

I just hope that they add more graphic designer in their team, so i can outsource, my entire work to them as well. As i find it tough to coordinate with different freelancers to get my work done.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Basically, SDLC Corp built us an Android and iOS app. We use this app to manage orders, create customer profiles, send newsletters, and provide them with particular updates on their laundry — our customers essentially get live feedback through the app, which is connected to our machines. This app, as well as the website, is a cross-platform tool based on React.

We’re still connected with them and we’ve not moved on with someone else.

We’re in direct contact with Kishan (Co-Founder).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2017, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Currently, we’re serving about 25,000–50,000 customers online a month. To get that kind of business means the technology is working. I’ve not looked for anyone else and I’m completely satisfied with their work.

SDLC Corp is transparent. They provide us with updates and data once or twice a week, and we get consistent on-the-ground reports once a month.

I’m impressed that they’re quite dependable. They’re clear on what they’re going to achieve and what they’re not, and we’ve developed our relationship this way.
