I’m the CEO and founder of Dynamic Stay, a corporate housing provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scale Campaign?
We had a software development need related to mapping and integrating that with our inventory of homes. We wanted to list our thousands of homes and map them out on a screen.

What was the scope of their involvement?
I had several phone calls with Ivan (Founder), where we went over a detailed set of requirements. We wanted a map that displays our properties on our site. Their team strictly did software development behind the scenes, including the database and JavaScript programming.
What is the team composition?
Ivan was our project manager. He dealt with all of the developers.
How did you come to work with Scale Campaign?
I found some of the sites they had done on Google for political donations. Those sites had a lot of mapping. We reached out to them based on that.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $3,000-$5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We knew what we wanted, but we didn’t know how to do it. Scale Campaign understood what we wanted and completed it to our satisfaction.
The system has helped our business through visibility. More people are clicking through our site. Ivan was responsive. He also kept his word, delivering the work at the right time for the exact price.
How did Scale Campaign perform from a project management standpoint?
Trello was our project management system. They were happy to adopt that because we used it internally. We worked with them weekly to keep everything on track.
We mainly spoke to Ivan through email and the occasional phone call.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Along with their price, their team can get a job done when they say they can. Most people can’t do that, in my opinion.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I think they were great. I would highly recommend them.
