The scope involved designing and building an app for mobile and tablet that allowed children to scan a book's barcode to upload its details and the for children to be abkle to enter the number of pages that they read each day. Ince verified by a parent, the information is then available to be seen on a school database sowing the reading habits of the children who have recorded their reading through the app. As well as the school admin panel, there is a super admin panel to oversee the managment of schools who have subscribed to using the app.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The design and build stages were all clearly defined and made clear when they were reached.

Communication was through shared documents and through teams message, and virtual meetings. They were extemely reponsive to the needs of the app and admin panels. They always responded appropriately to my questions, however simple and were very patient when I wanted to further amendments and improvements as we went along. The team were always available and always had a postive reponse.

They've patiently worked on a new app within a new industry area and are open to adapting and making small design alterations. They created a very strong website design for the sale and registration of the app. They are also very good at asking for my verification of details.

Just a small thing - to be proactive in what will need to be included in a new app or software, especially when the client is not an expert. The example I can think of is that I thought the app would automatically include the function for users to change their password, which was something I had to ask for.
