Team Sapphire helped us develop a future-ready software with a modern architecture that comprises various features that give users insights into clinical and financial stats, simplifying scheduling with rooms, equipment, etc allocation, Configurable Appearance & workflows, fully integrated Pharmacy system.

It was developed to manage the most complex and demanding departments, communication system and document repository that empowers users with a complete view of the patient record within one screen and provides a forum for transitions of care communication and One-click lab results and colorful graphs for the practitioners. As we had hired full-time dedicated developers for Java, frontend developers, and QA .

Since they had an office in the same city as us, I went there upfront met the sales professional there, discussed with him our idea for the project. After going through a couple meetings and quotes, we decided to give Sapphire the lead on the project.

My favorite thing about Sapphire is how they kick off the project. They bring everyone involved in the process in the room to learn about the idea, the vision, the process and what needs to be accomplished. After the team was assigned they started working on our project that would allow the students for payment with selecting the mode that suits them the best among credit cards, Debit cards & online banking. Parents can get the details of transaction done for expenses and money deposited, also allowing print facility for Fee Invoice.

After initial meeting with the Sales head, the team was assigned for the project which consisted of a project manager and 3 software engineers.

The software has been live since June'16 and it has been running smoothly since then. They’re great problem-solvers who go the extra mile. They enhanced our transaction flow, our chat, and our registration process to grow retention and revenue over the course of the 5 years on the project.

They assigned a project manager at the beginning of our collaboration and they’re 100% focused on our project. He keeps the conversation between our team and theirs. He’s done a fantastic job and we used to communicate with emails and calls.

They have been delivering quality solutions to other institutions I know in our locality. As they are in the educational domain, they were quick to understand our needs, and came up with solutions to our project requirement real quick. to keep it short they checked all our boxes.

With the admin panel, admin has the overall control, storing and generating details and reports of students, sharing automatic results and entry attendance marks to the students and the parents directly, and regarding with the employees of the school,able to store and manage their reports, leaves. Overall, the process was very collaborative.

The project comprised of software development, with the accounting software driven by a technology called concurrent multi-lingual accelerated technology engine, simplifying day to day activities, keep the records, fees paid by the students can easiliy be mapped with tally and adding payment gateway like Payu money, Razorpay, Paytm, and several bank cards.

Sapphire provided us a dedicated team who worked on our project, there were 2 software developers who worked on the development part, and junior developers who carried the smaller tasks. The team was very self directed and focussed.

I got my chance to give my input to the designer in their team. Overall a healthy process was followed. Afterwards we proceeded with the development of the website. The developers were highly skilled. Tools & Technologies used were HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap 4 for frontend and Asp.net used for the backend.
