Sandstorm designed and created our corporate website, including our chapters' microsites.  They also created self-service tools for our chapter staff to manage their own content using Drupal tools.  They provide ongoing tech support.

The project for our company focused on enhancing the website's user experience and establishing a robust brand platform and positioning. It included a UX audit and design improvements, an in-depth discovery and research phase with stakeholder workshops and user interviews, and the development of a comprehensive brand strategy. The strategy encompassed brand essence, personality, promise, and key messaging, supported by detailed brand guidelines.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes included consistent brand messaging, improved website usability ratings,  and increased user engagement. After the UX refresh, three times as many current customers use our website daily.
