We hired Robotzebra to improve our organic search rankings, visibility and overall brand awareness in our industry. Our goals were to improve our SEO keyword rankings and organic Google page rankings.

We selected Robotzebra based on their personable nature and track record of exceptional results

The work mainly included optimising copywriting through the use of keywords, page ranking tracking, alt text optimisation etc . They also helped us with our PPC campaigns

I worked with Krystian directly, the founder of RobotZebra and Crystian who was an SEO specialist (also helped with Web development)

RobotZebra are an exceptional team who executed top tier SEO campaigns for Fibex. They went above any beyond to help us meet and exceed our SEO targets. Their expert knowledge was invaluable, and everyone was lovely to work with. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their SEO.

Communication was great, very speedy. They used Trello as a project management tool which was great as you could see the progress of each task.

Their personable nature and expert knowledge are impressive. They also focus on the environment which is a great extra.

What challenge were you trying to address with RobotZebra?

We wanted to improve our SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RobotZebra provides us with SEO services. We work with a hybrid model where the strategy comes from them, and we do the day-to-day work. Once a week, they set us tasks to do, then the following week, they review our work and give us more tasks. They also explain why they go down certain paths and teach us core SEO concepts. 

They’ve helped us with keyword research, producing content, and backlinking. As for tools, they use Semrush and Google Search Console and have provided us with an understanding of these tools.

What is the team composition?

We work with two teammates from RobotZebra: Krystian (Managing Director & Founder) and Joel (SEO Consultant). 

How did you come to work with RobotZebra?

I found them through an organic Google search. I spoke to Krystian and was pleased with what he offered, so I decided to work with RobotZebra.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to RobotZebra’s help, we’re seeing a considerable improvement in our search engine rankings week-on-week (WoW). We understand that SEO is a long-term project, and results don’t happen overnight. Additionally, our hybrid model enables us to have a better-priced service. 

How did RobotZebra perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform exceptionally well from a project management standpoint. We use Trello for project management and communicate through email and weekly Zoom meetings. Once in a while, we meet face-to-face. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

RobotZebra has exceeded my expectations.

We had tried similar companies before and when we moved to Robotzebra we found the whole experience easy and impactful

The guys provide us with SEO-oriented content, they also help keep our pages refreshed and ranking with the weekly on-page recommendations. They assist us with backend and frontend website queries and help us work with our CMS providers. RZ handles a lot of the technical side including google, semrush, and GSC. They work with us to ensure our visibility remains high and that our pages rank highly against competitors.

The team meet their weekly targets, handing over new OPRS and New page suggestions, they also keep us update in a weekly meeting of current rankings, drops and fluctuations.

Very hand on project management, they have a great scope of what we are doing as a business and our end goal.

The clarity the provided, when all other agencies made the process diffiuclt and hard to understand

At the moment, we have a good way or working and a clear understanding of where we want to be. Through RZ's help, we will certianly reach those targets.
