I am the practice manager at a busy surgery center.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rise Local SEO?

Our website was 7 years old, it was outdated, and not user friendly. We at the surgery center were not able to make the changes we needed due to our very limited design skills. We hired Rise Local to update our website, make it user friendly, and add content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had gotten several quotes, and was not happy with any of the vendors. Our IT guy recommended Rise local, as soon as we touched base I knew it was a good fit.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We discussed the aspects of the website I wanted updated and certain parts removed altogether. I sent them content for the website and photos. They sent me a link to view the website as they worked on it and make changes as needed. Once all was in agreement the website went live.

I worked with 2 main people but a total of 4 for the completion.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is clear and concise, easy to navigate. We have had compliments from our patients.

The project manger seemed open to ideas and was able to portray our vision with ease.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was amazed at how easy they made updating a website. They ease of changing things as needed is a great perk.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have been a bit quicker responding to emails.

I needed to be found locally when searching online. I also wanted to make sure all my info was the same across all online platforms.

I had known the owner Mike for serval years and one day just asked him to review my info online because I thought everything was ok. After he showed me all the areas that were missing or incorrect I knew I had found the person to help.

They showed me in detail all the areas online that were inaccurate. He put a plan in place to fix all the inaccurate info along with utilization of SEO to increase traffic to my site.

I worked closely with Mike in the beginning and have since moved to one of his associates if there is anything that needs to be updated.

I can say that after about 4 months of working with them I started to get 20% more calls in my office and they were coming from areas that I wasn’t marketing in.

I haven’t had to routinely call them since everything is working as planned.

They have delivered on what they said they would do not only quickly but consistently now for several years.

There’s nothing to suggest for improvements from my perspective.

We hired Rise Local SEO to improve our Google rankings and help us have better online visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have three different brands, so our first move was reorganizing the brand to fit with our long-term vision. That involved implementing website updates and cleaning the SEO on our target locations. They also took photos of all our different locations. The team also created logos and has helped us gain better relationships with some of our vendors.

They now provide keyword optimization services, and they handle our social media marketing (SMM) efforts, specifically on channels such as Instagram and Facebook.

Many people have been involved in our project including John (President) and Mike (Co-Founder).

How did you come to work with Rise Local SEO?

I found Rise Local SEO through Google. I believed if we were going to partner with a company, they should have a presence on Google.

We’ve spent more than $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration began in January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everything has been on time if not early, and the team has been great. Overall, we have a good relationship with them.

How did Rise Local SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a good project management process. They’ve handled all our projects within the last 4–5 months phenomenally. We’ve been able to open up tickets to see the status of our projects, whether it’s ongoing or completed. We mainly communicate through texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rise Local SEO tries their best to establish a good relationship with us. We highly appreciated that they’ve been interested in where we’re going instead of just focusing on the deliverables we’ve asked from them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think they have any areas to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a game plan before you start your engagement. In our case, we’ve relied on their experience for direction. However, everything could’ve gone much smoother and quicker if we knew what we were looking for.
