The jump from around 25 to 120+ organic calls and bookings per month started about 4–5 months into the project and has stayed at that level (or higher) for the past six months, even through slower seasons. It’s steady growth, not a one-time spike.

Moreover, we’ve reduced our paid ad spend by 65% while getting more jobs. Our lead volume has stayed the same or higher thanks to the 120+ monthly organic calls. We haven’t had any drop at all.

More Frequent Short-Term Check-ins:

- While the monthly reports have been thorough and helpful, we’ve felt that having bi-weekly check-ins (even if brief) could have kept us even more in the loop about progress, especially during the first few months.

- It would’ve been nice to discuss smaller adjustments or tweaks sooner rather than waiting for the bigger reviews.
