We are a tyre brand trying to increase the brand awareness in several countries. I am the international brand manager, trying to manage multiple projects at the same time in different countries.

We start to work with Response for our growth plans in Morocco. We were planning to do a coupon project with a supermarket chain in Morocco. So, we needed a team that can support us for the digital part of this campaign. Our aim was to communicate this campaign through online channels and attract more consumers to our dealers.

Firstly, we decided on the channels (search, IG, FB, etc). and creatives. Response created the creatives such as banner ads, video ads etc. We agreed on the details such as search keywords to use, captions, etc. While the campaign was on air, Response closely monitored the performance and took action if needed.

%87 of the targetted coupon distribution was triggered via digital channels.

In general, we had meetings once a week. However, they were responsive to our needs and we got together whenever we needed.

They consistently tried to find ways to overcome barriers. They are a solution oriented team.

In terms of this project, I cannot find an improvement area.

Through the activities they suggest, we doubled the total leads via affiliate marketing and directly effect our bottom line revenue.

Since the regulations in banking market in Turkey, we have some restrictions about advertising in digital. The agency could suggest new alternative ways of marketing as strong as Google ads.
