s a government agency dedicated to advancing oil palm production and agribusiness development across Nigeria, OPGAN (Oil Palm Growers Association of Nigeria) needed a digital transformation to meet the demands of a growing, diverse stakeholder base. Farmers, cooperatives, researchers, and policymakers required a secure, user-friendly, and centralized platform to access essential services, resources, and updates in real time.
To bring this vision to life, OPGAN partnered with Resolve Central—a trusted digital solutions provider known for expertise in secure web development, infrastructure modernization, and public sector innovation.
Resolve Central began by designing and developing a modern, responsive web platform tailored to OPGAN’s unique mission and user base.
