We are an established hotel chain in and around London.  Following problems with our previous SEO company we moved to Reposition.

We interviewed numerous vendors and looked at industry rankings.  We wanted one with industry experience and with a excellent customer feedback.  We chose Reposition as we were impressed by the level of detail in their proposal with innovative solutions to some of our previous problems.

The Reposition SEO team worked on to produce a full technical audit and completed an in-depth keyword research document. They also helped to optimise our online reputation through review syndication. I don't want to go into too much detail in case our competitors catch on! The only other thing I would say is the team are awesome to work with.

We have a dedicated Account Manager as our go to person.  There is a large team behind the scenes.

We have seen positive and measurable results within 6 months. Reposition included technical SEO and PPC which helped us uncover and resolve many structural faults in our site.

How did you select this vendor?

Reposition had previous market knowledge and provided us with a number of solutions including help with rebranding.  Since using Reposition.co.uk our website has received a lot of traffic and sales have significantly increased.

The paid media team started off by analysing our requirements. They then built a list of keywords and created our account. We were then provided with various ads to approve before the account went live. Oh yes they also made sure our website was tracking conversions correctly.

What was the team composition?

A dedicated Account Manager helped with all day to day queries and it was great to have regular meetings. The business update reports were particularly useful to see.

We started receiving enquiries after the first few days. The team kept optimising the account until we were receiving a steady stream of leads. I would say that this is a continuous process and it's great the Reposition team are always tweaking the account and asking us for new promotions etc to feature in the ads.
