I'm the operations leader of American Gun Owners (AGO), an e-commerce company. We use AI and ML to simplify gun ownership. Our smart engine curates all-in-one kits with the right firearm, gear, and certified training so users can select, pay, pick up, and train with total confidence.

We needed help recruiting a product management leader whose skill set matched our company's immediate needs and startup culture.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redfish Technology took care of everything, from taking the time to deeply learn about our business and processes to get the right applicants and the best hires essential to our platform's development. The team helped and led candidate shortlists, interviews, and offer negotiations. They also followed up to ensure our new hire was doing well.

We made a long-term hire. The new hire has scaled our dev team to get us to our launch. They have built out our whole dev team and manage it daily.
