We wanted to test a small scale Meta ads campaign for our heating business, to get initial momentum with this channel and identify any weak spots we needed to resolve before making this a major focus in the future.

Deliverables were:

• Setting up the initial campaign, ad creative and conversion tracking.
• Set-up of Shopify > Meta integration
• Ongoing management and optimisation of the campaign
• Solving the conversion tracking challenges unique to our business and coming up an with initial framework for monitoring results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Red Pine Digital was able to set up the campaigns quickly and worked through the challenges in our business with analytics, as well as overcome difficulties from Meta's integration with Shopify.

We were able to generate 43 quote requests across the campaign despite limited ad spend, with a sizeable $ value of quotes created that we expect to close across the next year.

DropInBlog was ready to add more growth channels to our business so paid traffic was high on our list. We worked with several companies before on various Google Ads and Facebook Ads projects without much success. 

Bunty, Red Pine Digital, was able to review our ad account’s past performance to see if there were any stones unturned and worthwhile experiments left before moving on from prioritizing PPC. We created an action plan to thoroughly test various additional experiments.

Bunty was very methodical in testing new ways to get trials. Eventually, we came to the conclusion that our product’s price point makes it challenging to justify the cost of acquisition. We know that it takes a lot of work to “crack” a new sales channel and were extremely satisfied trusting Bunty to see through every option before shifting our resources.

I was most impressed by how much brain power and strategic thinking Bunty put towards cracking this. We worked with other companies at higher price points that put in way less effort and energy. Bunty diligently worked with us to learn our product offering and our audience and continued to adjust our approach based on our outcomes and goals.

None ... Bunty brought such a high level of experience and knowledge to our campaign. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more/different from him.
