They consistently delivered items on time, often ahead of schedule, and were highly responsive to our needs. Whether it was a quick turnaround or a shift in direction, they adapted seamlessly and made us feel fully supported at every step.

TO date, R/Nhave provided us with three types of work in total.

-Broadcaset expert segements on morning TV channels 

-Sampling dry product in 10 pack format at key locations such as Royal Botanical Garends, Food & Drink festivals, Spatula and on a larger scale, the Autoshow in Toronto

-Market and Competitor analysis into the canadian tea market, through social media, websites and events

Spot on! Everything ran well and even when there would naturally be distruption due to normal factors this was handled professionally and without issue. Everything was delivered on time and responses were fast and to the point.

The team at Ready or Not has been instrumental in our successful expansion into the Canadian market. Their fresh and innovative approach to brand awareness has truly set Raw Sugar apart in a competitive landscape. Within our first year of working together they earned an outstanding 22.7 million impressions across social and traditional media channels. 

Ready or Not masterfully orchestrated our Toronto launch event, creating an experience that perfectly captured the essence of Raw Sugar. Every element was thoughtfully curated to introduce our brand to key tastemakers in the region, establishing an authentic connection with our new audience from day one.

Their monthly “Sugar Drop” product mailer program to influencers showcases their attention to detail. Each custom-branded box included a personalized touch and carefully selected products, resulting in exceptional organic social sharing. Over 1 million impressions resulted from Sugar Drop mailer program and the target goal for number of times shared on social was well exceeded. 

Additionally, their summer-long Target Access sampling initiative throughout Vancouver was a standout for the brand. By strategically sampling Raw Sugar products where our target customers naturally gather, places like Kitsalano Beach or the Honda Celebration of Lights, they were able to engage over 9,000 potential customers. This helped to raise awareness for the brand and increased retail sales.
