We had a couple of meetings before we started with the website to see which customer base we were going to target and what kind of information we wanted to put out. Raqs SEO-agency Stockholm then designed the website from scratch, which included the layout and the content. We gave them the content that they needed to post, but they also came up with a few suggestions that were even better than our ideas.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We just needed a simple landing page with content, and they were able to provide that. We wouldn’t look at the metrics for now, but we’re looking forward to expanding their scope of work later on.

Their communication skills were fantastic. We had really good cooperation with Raqs SEO-agency Stockholm. On top of that, they listened to everything we said, and we had follow-up meetings where they presented the outcome of their work. We communicated through phone or email.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To begin, we handed Raqs SEO-agency Stockholm everything we knew, and they performed their own research. Their specific services include keyword research and consulting on a number of topics: metatag writing, page and domain creation, and content writing.

Their consulting allowed me to execute on these tasks. I integrated their identified keywords into our domain, wrote my own metatags, and built up the pages on our website. Additionally, they looked over a few pieces of content for the site and offered suggestions for me to implement.

They provide support whenever I have questions.

We’re ranking number one and number two on all our subdomains, and we’re receiving new customers as a result. Around 10 new customers have reached out to us, already.

When I came on board, our website only had one page, and now there are recommendations for entirely new domains being discussed.

Their process has been much faster than I expected. It seemed like a lot of work, but their professionalism makes it go fast.

We communicate via email and phone. Their team reaches out to me regularly — more than I ask for.

I'm Secretary General of Kodcentrum - a Swedish NGO working to introduce youth to programming and digital creation to ensure digital democracy.

We needed to update our website to create a more up-to-date look and to ensure that our messaging was from a user perspective.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We did a comparison with different vendors and Raqs was able to very quickly understand and translate our needs to a great end product.

Raqs did a review of the previous website, which was followed by interviews with the different roles within Kodcentrum to identify the needs. With that input Raqs created a first design that we gave input to and a final site was created.

Raqs worked closely with the different roles within our NGO to create a solution that met our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a great website adapted to our target groups and that has streamlined our work with e.g., forms, events.

It was a seamless process where Raqs was able to interpret our needs and execute.

They were professional, friendly, easy to work with, and highly competent. They were able to interpret our needs into a final product.
