We reached out to Ragebite to help us create a fully custom influencer marketing campaign management platform. Since start of the project, Ragebite delivered us with designs, framework and a functional MVP that was able to perform the core tasks we had in mind. We are now working on the 2nd and more refined version of the platform.

The MVP was an acceptable product that could have been used for our companies services. Even though there are always things to improve, we were glad to see that the core functionality aligned with what we had in mind from the start.

The Project is moving at a decent pace and was mostly slowed down on our own end due to our own inexperience with software development. As soon as we started being more attentive with our feedback, things started moving much more smoothly and at a higher pace.

Due to the lack of experience on our end, it would have been helpful to be guided a bit more leading into the project. But over time, this improved and the partnership is going strong.

Ragebite had to begin with UX/UI design, implementing a retro style tailored for the Web3 and crypto industry, delivering a consistent user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. On the development side, I needed a custom approach, leveraging different technologies at once for hosting, cloud functions, database management, etc. The result had to be a highly functional and engaging platform for deep dives into tokenomics and Web3 business strategies.

Their capacity to render my multi-faceted personality in one single website design made me learn things about myself. It was impressive! They took the time to analyze my being before getting to work. Their design concept and values are very coherent through all their outputs for the different client they’ve handled - a signature to be proud of. The team is kind and respectful.

They’re quite expensive, but - hey - they’re not just some agency; it’s understandable. I’d say nothing to improve, overall. They’ve got a lot of experience already.

Good website design, but did not deliever brandbook at first and still not delievered 3D models as initial agreement.

At first they were communicating highly proffesional, then we pointed out lots of shortcuts taken by them. we ordered 2 custom 3D models and quickly saw that this was something downloaded online they had put our logo on, and not custom made as we ordered.

We also ordered a 3D coin and they kept saying that the logo doesn’t fit the coin cause of it’s design. It took another graphic artist less than 10 minutes to make our logo fit the 3D coin. This shows how low effort was given by Ragebite.

We came to results we all could be satiesfied with when it comes to the web design, but when we got the delieverables of what they call smm brandbook, we got massively dissapointed. They made 1 custom image and uploaded 3 plain backgrounds with logo on and called that sm brandbook. I explained to them several times this is not a complete brandbook and showed them how a proper brandbook is made. Consisting of different shapes/lines or simple objects.

Filip that we spoke to was very negative and said he could make "1 last" i explained to him i would not accept that. Eventually after fighting with him he went back to work. Less than 2h later we got a decent brandbook, but still not satiesfied. We decided to move on and accept their work because we didn’t have time to fight with them again.

We tough everything was cool and then we realize that the custom 3D models we ordered, we only got PNG’s and not Source files.. We requested this and then they say they don’t have it so now we are back to even more issues with this company. We paid them over 2K for 2 custom 3D illustrations/models and 6.5K for brandbook/website design.

Communication could have been better, Their delieverables. Lots of shortcuts was taken and i’m heavily dissapointed. Also Filip starting threatning us with bad reviews if we gave him a bad review. I was honest about it that i obviously won’t be giving a good review when they don’t deliever as agreed upon.

To give insight and a point of view from our side:

Before we begin, an important thing to highlight - it's our mistake to have even accepted the project as there were red flags from the start of negotiating the terms. The appointed decision-makers were in a constant battle from the very beginning as they didn't have a mutual understanding of what results they were seeking from us and had zero understanding of what we were communicating to them for what the deliverables would be. From our side, we tried to do this very transparently with examples on multiple occasions.

Before and during the development of the scope of work, we were constantly pressured to finish this sooner than the agreed-upon time. As we provided initial previews of our work, we received positive feedback and after their internal consultation with their board members, they received negative backlash which resulted in us pulling a full turn on the idea we all agreed to work on.

It doesn't end here. During the final delivery of the project, we were coerced into delivering additional items to the scope of work as they felt it was 'expected' while we had a clear agreement on what the deliverables were. In attempts to avoid their bad review, our team submitted to the threats just to finish the project off and hopefully never look back. Sadly our efforts went down the drain it seems.

To shed light on the person that reviewed Clutch, the position stated is fake. He's just an assistant and there is a clear indication of next-to-zero hierarchy within their team. Even his colleague told the reviewer to leave a good review after we wrapped things up with them in the end, which just indicates and points to the review's integrity.

The only improvement part then I can suggest to Ragebite is to keep a tracking page online for each partner they work with, so they can understand what they accomplished together and what they will accomplish as well in the future

Create a platform where people can sell their in-game items for reach money instantly. For this process to work there were multiple milestones needed to achieve this: 

• design transferring 
• backend where steam bots communicate with the server 
• filter system so that people can choose exactly what they want 
• multiple payout options , like paypal, crypto, and gifcards 
• live activity of the site, public information about items that are being sold at the moment 
• giveaway section where people can participate to win prizes 
• affiliate system where people can earn % of the profits by spreading the word

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a "to-do" list with big milestones, which were divided into smaller actionable steps to achieve this. After each milestone completion, I got a notification and showcased the finished product. The site was also running on a private server so that I could check in whenever I wanted.

They were very adamant and motivated about delivering the product by the deadline. The process is still ongoing but the big milestone deliverables were there. Communication was excellent, especially from Filip, he presented the information very constructed, easy-to-follow summary style. Most of my needs were met or proposed with an alternative.

This is a very niche field that I'm working in, there are not many skilled workers. But Ragebite team found a way to adapt to my needs with their existing knowledge. They always found a solution to my desired features - they found a way to make it work, maybe not in the way I intended, but the end resut is the same.

Mention/Warn about the additional costs that accumulate over time, but it's hard to predict them in the project's infancy. I think most projects face this issue.

Ragebite was commissioned to design and develop a landing page for our game launcher, which also functions as an introduction to our brand and our suite of games. This landing page had to deliver on several fronts. 

Firstly, it needed to be eye-catching and visually stunning, making use of cutting-edge design principles and the latest trends to capture visitor attention and create a lasting impression. It was crucial for the landing page to be in alignment with our brand aesthetics, employing a consistent color scheme, typography, and overall design language. 

Next, the page needed to be user-friendly, with intuitive navigation and a logical flow of information. A well-thought-out user experience (UX) was critical to make sure visitors can easily find the information they need, understand what our game launcher offers, and be guided toward a call-to-action, such as downloading the launcher, signing up for a newsletter, or visiting our social media platforms. 

Furthermore, the landing page was required to be responsive, ensuring optimal viewing and interaction experience across a variety of devices and browsers. This responsiveness included not just visual elements, but also functionality such as form submissions and button clicks.
