I am Head of Marketing at Relevant Software. We are a software development company with more than 200+ global clients.

We needed to outsource tech content writing for our corporate blog.

We wanted to publish high-quality content 4-5 times per month.

Raccoons were recommended to me. I have tested a few vendors and end up working with Raccoons.

I had a content plan and outlines. So I just sent them outlines of articles for the month and they delivered the article.

What was the team composition?

I've worked with Victoria - Chief Editor and Founder of the company, as well as with content writers. They constantly change the writers, to provide fresh ideas and content.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are getting inbound leads from the content they wrote. The articles show our expertise and due to the high quality of the text, we sound more mature.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via Skype and Google Doc comments. They responded fast and workflow was seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away about the comfort of work and attitude to me as a client. It is very pleasant to work with them. And Victoria even brought me a sweet present for Christmas in person!

Are there any areas for improvement?

They charge by hours and this approach is kind of subjective since some writer can write an article in 6 hours, and the other in 10. But we are ready to pay for the quality, so it's not a big problem for us.
